a dream came true (for me)
they will remove all the 6 ports running along the saigon harbours, from district 7, to 4, 1, Binh Thanh.
these tremendous strips of land are great for building parks...big ass parks...please just hope they don't building any structures along the new reclaimed harbours

Apartments and other buildings will be fine, as long as they leave a small pedestrian strip along the water. Big parks will mean that the area will be dead most of the time. But yes, this has huge potential...

I didn't care for parks either but, the impression of Central park in Newyork 5yrs ago had changed my mind, the park was so big we drove for almost 15mins more or less along side of it......got me thinking.... saigon needs a big park like that.....no interuption, no flower planting, no nothing just green grass and big big trees. that's enough.
