Yavne new highrise neighborhood

After four years with no lots sold because there were none left for building in Yavne the ILA bought 1000 dunams of agricultural land from farmers for a huge sum of 53,000 per dunam or 53 million NIS, to have lots for new tenders.
Because there is demand the ILA expect the lots will sell at 500,000 to 1 million NIS per dunam, so 10 and even 20 times the amount they paid farmers for compensation. New highrises are of course also planned on this neighborhood which will soon start to be marketed.

Shohad it was first published in another thread, I went there and said its from Yavne probably so freedom posted it here, now that I see the design with the photo I put at the top, Im pretty sure its the same one, so we can expect 3-4 new highrises.
