Whose the developer and when is the project expected to be ready?

The developer is Soilbuild, same developer for Pinnacle 16, Millpoint & Mandale Heights. Expected TOP in March 2008.

i like the design too. its rather short though; does it have good views?

Just purchased a unit at the Cliften. A bit too late i know but does anyone have any comments on this development or Soilbuild, the developers?

From what I remember after seeing the showflats, the units were quite small, the showflat was small and the road towards Cliften was a tad too thin. Very cramped, IMO.
