which means: rich are getting richer, poor are being neglected behind..
who has over 500,000$ for a 4 bedroom apartment? only the richest
that can buy those apartments with 4-5 years salary and upwards

many projects in Netanya ....!!!in every corner in Netanya!!!
South alltime was very poor......

and also because many people leaves south for center....more than 50% of israelies lives in the center of Israel....

in Gush Dan itself live 1.5 and with surrounding its 2 million people, thats around 30 percent not 50.

what about Netanya+Hertzliyya+Raanana+Hadera+Ramat Hasharon+Kfar Sava+Hod hasharon...it's also center but not Gush Dan....
