Why would you join Ashdod with Rehovot? its so far away from each other, you should join Rehovot+Rishon+neszionna

You should join Rehovot Rishon and NesZiona with Tel Aviv. It's part of the same metropolitan area. All these cities should be boroughs, not independent municipalities.
