Umraniye is really booming these days. I was totally surprised when I watched a residential development program about it on tv last week.

Actually, when Up Hill Court finishes, Anatolian side will rock... And new projects will come up.

There is also the Incity project in Kozyatagi!!Anatolia rocks again!!Wait till the marmaray and metro projects are finished ;)

The new IKEA is also in Ümraniye, along with the already-existing Carrefour shopping mall complex that includes Praktiker. It really has been booming lately.
