I personally give it a 7. My city has about 150, 000 and the skyline is shitty! :D
renell February 17th, 2003, 06:56 PM 4. theres basically no skyline, but the one it currently has is quite good for a pop of 150,000
SteelCity32 February 17th, 2003, 08:57 PM it's ok. Nothing amazing. But it's a small city.
5/10
Wu-Gambino February 17th, 2003, 10:27 PM Good for it's size, nothing special.

Oaronuviss February 19th, 2003, 04:57 AM /\ I know eh? He made a comment like that on one of my posts!
Jesus Snor, we're posting smaller cities. That's fairly good for a small city.
Remember to vote fairly now boys and girls.
:|
Anyways, 7.5 for it's size TonyTonyTone.
;)
Philly Guy February 19th, 2003, 05:01 AM Springfield is another Hartford......I like Hartford, so I give it a 7.5 to a 8.:D

It's best to check in this (http://www.skyscrapercity.com/showthread.php?t=184475) thread first. I've been updating it recently by adding hyperlinks to all the cities. Should have them all finished in a few days.
MuddyZehbra32 March 6th, 2005, 06:44 AM Oh well aint that just handy! Now I know what the rest of the small cities I can slowy squeeze out :)
The North America List (I coulden't help but notice) is missing Billings MT which I posted a while back :)
hauntedheadnc March 7th, 2005, 01:13 AM It's not the largest skyline, but it's a nice cluster, and does well by a city that size. 7.
Nick in Atlanta March 7th, 2005, 03:31 AM 7/10 I have also driven through this city while trying to find a better way to Vermont. It's much nicer than much bigger Hartford, Connecticut.
SoboleuS March 14th, 2005, 07:00 PM Small but nice cluster. Looks good. 6/10
MattSal March 14th, 2005, 11:53 PM Much better than my city, which is bigger! I give it a 6.5/10. :okay:
DRAKKO June 10th, 2005, 07:57 PM 5/10
DarkFenX June 11th, 2005, 03:13 AM I like the skyline but there is only like 5 total towers in Springfield. However Springfield does have the tallest tower in Massachusetts outside of Boston. 6.5/10
Oriolus June 11th, 2005, 12:04 PM A damn good skyline for only 150000 people. My city, Townsville, has the same pop but nowhere near this height buildings - that USWO building (Monarch Place) is 122m!
7.5/10
