Emlak Gayrimenkul ortaklığına ait Ataköy deki son parsellerde yer alan proje,Atatürk Havalanına 10 dakika, Ataköy Marinasına 5dk mesafede 10 katlı 2 blok ve 16 katlı Residance bloklarından oluşmaktadır. The project in the last parcels in Ataköy belonging to Emlak Real Estate Company is only 10 minutes to Atatürk Airport, 5 minutes to Ataköy Marina and consists of 2 blocks of 10 floors and Residence blocks of 16 floors. Closed private car parks for approximately two cars have been allocated for all flats. Apart from swimming pool, bar, café, sports facilities, importance has been given for green areas.
There are totally 320 luxurious flats, whose areas vary between 80, 160, 240 m².The flats are equipped with smart house system and services such as 24 hours of hot water and security are provided. Ooooh! Now I'm totally impressed. Absolutely stunning! I love glassy residential towers. Is that a tennis court on the top af a building? Can't they built this instead of Mashattan in Maslak? ,)

Güzel bir proje ama farkinda olmadan sehirlerimizi bu tip projelerlen dolduruyoruz!Birbirinin kopyasi 30 bina yanyana yapiliyor,bunlarin yanina yine birbirinin kopyasi 20 bina yapiliyor adida modern site oluyor.Yakinda sehirler klonlanmis binalarla dolunca ne yapacagiz bakalim!Bu proje yine iyi,bir cogu beton yigini!!

Really nice project. @Messiah, don't be so negative about cloned houses mate. London is full of copy detached houses and they boost London's reputation. BTW, what are those purple grounds supposed to be ?
