Istanbul - Another Great Residental Project is coming!!

Guys, I have been seeing the ads of this project in newspapers.

They still give no information about it but the skyline!

And gosh it looks great, like a whole new skyline cluster!!!

where is it, what is it? So many residental skyscraper projects in Istanbul recently...

So what is for Ankara? I want to hear something for Ankara.

Well, in advertisements, it says "Prepare yourselves for a new life". I thought it must be a residental project because the ad is placed on top of the head of newspaper which is very expensive.

Currently there is a residental boom in all Turkey. Prices have gone up enourmously, but people are still buying it like crazy.

Currently, main residental constructions in Ankara are going in the areas like Çukurambar or some sort of Çankaya-Dikmen districts which consists of replacing old houses with new, luxurious, and expensive apartments. Just the way, Messiah and Urban Girl likes :D

For Ankara, we had such projects already going on, remember the GöksuPark Residentals, Göksu-Metro Residentals, also there are big constructions in Çankaya like Mesa Koza Plaza (90 m Twin Towers). But there is not a huge suburban-city project at the moment except Göksu. Maybe they can start replacement of "Meclis Lojmanlari/Parlimentar Houses" with the new big residental project. (I will post the project pics)

Lastly, I know they are planning some new projects in Bilkent which will feature only villas.

it weill be built in Istanbul...But advertisment is interesting...Now een building advertisments are like movie trailler, it says, the city of the future "coming soon" the information will be soon...

^^ Actually this is the biggest question mark... They hide it as an advertisment tactic. Nowadays even the buildings have advertisments. We became like Dubai...
