Realizing a first in the industry, Garanti REIC has joined forces with Yapı Kredi Koray for the Evidea Project. The cooperation aims at developing a benchmark project and reflecting this to a jointly created brand using the synergy created by the experience of the two companies in the fields of real estate development and finance
The primary objectives of the Evidea project are the following: To provide all the facilities previously offered by expensive housing projects at reasonable prices and affordable payment terms, to move outside of the usual mass-housing concept in architectural design in order to develop a living complex based on EU norms, which will create a difference in the market, to create an ideal living atmosphere for educated and modern families and to create a new brand in this segment.
Evidea provides an ideal living environment for educated and modern families that aspire to a life based on EU norms. At Evidea, one can handpick fruits. At Evidea, 15 different units will be on offer including units from 1+1 to 4+1, studios, duplex units and apartments with gardens or terraces. Duplex apartments on the ground floor combine the facilities of compound living with the comfort of a single house.
