18 lanes of highway, commuter train, 5 tracks of both passenger and freight rail, high capacity hydro lines, multiple communication towers.

I dont know I think it is a cool picture showing the many viens that keep our modern cities in order. This is the city of Pickering BTW, suburb of Toronto.

Does the GO East line have a ROW line all the way (as in that pic) or is that just a spur off the main line to the right for the station?

I think it is just a spur off the main line. I believe Pickering and Ajax have stations on it, maybe Whitby also, don't know.

^ East of the CN Toronto Bypass line (which starts just west of the Pickering GO station), GO transit operates on its own segregated line. It has its own line all the way easterly to the Oshawa station.
