shanef_ie March 11th, 2008, 03:34 PM Hi Guys,
Bought a floor in The Court and wanted to see if anyone had any info or site photo's that would be relevant. I see from the below that Tanmiyat intend to start soon. I knew the anticipated completion was Jan 2010 but how does that stack up with what's being heard on the ground?
Thanks a mill
Shane
Tanmiyat kicks off excavation on Commercial Heights project in Business Bay
Excavation and piling has commenced for the Forum and the Exchange, two of the three towers that make up Tanmiyat’s Commercial Heights development in the heart of Dubai’s prestigious Business Bay, and is scheduled to begin for the third tower, the Court, within the next month
Tanmiyat Group is one of the Middle East’s leading investment groups and real estate developers and has a number of prestigious projects under development. Located at Business Bay on the Sheikh Zayed Road in Dubai, Tanmiyat's Commercial Heights development consists of three towers ranging between 35 and 44 storeys in height: The Forum, The Court and The Exchange. Each state-of-the-art tower will feature facilities such as a gym, swimming pool, business centre, cafes and covered parking.
Ziyad Alghathbar, Regional Manager of Tanmiyat Group in Dubai said, “We are pleased to announce that the excavation is moving ahead for all three of the Commercial Heights Towers. Excavation and piling has already begun on The Forum and The Exchange, and will shortly begin on the Court. Beginning construction on this project represents another milestone for Tanmiyat, and we are confident that 2008 will be an extremely productive year.”
Once completed, the Commercial Heights Towers will be the perfect centralised location for businesses from around the world to set up their local, regional and international headquarters, thanks to their prime location. The Forum in particular is being hailed as an innovative design that is sure to attract much attention, both while under construction, and once it is finally completed. And one of the major selling points for Commercial Heights is the option to tailor the fittings of each unit to the specific requirements of the investors.
Business Bay will be a freezone commercial and residential district that will cover an area of 64 million square feet (5.95 million square meters) with upwards of 230 buildings, many of them skyscrapers. It will be located next to Downtown Dubai (Burj Dubai), between interchange 2 and 3 of Sheikh Zayed Road and extend along a new creek from the edge of Dubai Creek (Ras Al Khor), all the way to Dubai's coast. It is also in close proximity to Dubai International Airport.
