I've been to Berjaya Times Square and its crap! I have to say, bigger doesn't mean better for malls, it was very hard to navigate around the mall (way tooo big) , a lot of shops looked cheap or empty, sorry to say...

sorry Encon, but i just still curious because I ever read on Indonesian newspaper saying that Mall Kelapa Gading is the largest mall in Jakarta...

Well i start searching and found it.

Ada yg udah ke PP?

Perhatiin gak hasil tiling works-nya? Udah 3 kali gw kayak kesandung ama lantai yg gak rata di 3 lantai yg berbeda...

Gimana nih quality controlnya???

TAMBAHAN: Oya, sama ada satu exit dari parkir basement P1 yg dijamin membuat bingung pengunjung. Disitu kurang sekali penunjuk arah, tau2 kita diarahin masuk ke lobby office, baru deh keluar. Gw kira masuk loket parkir lagi, walaupun ternyata cuman dilewatin ke lobby baru keluar dari PP. Perlu menjadi perhatian buat manajemen gedung PP.

Tapi diluar itu food zone-nya OK punya.

Wow langitnya cerah sekali, kapan foto ini diambilnya? SCBD ini aneh yah, biasanya kan pemilik superblock gedungnya yg paling keren or paling tinggi seperti RE n Burj Dubai, kalo SCBD gedungnya artagraha biasa2 ajah...

Kalau diperhatikan bentuk keseluruhan bangunan (bukan desain towernya) di block di tengah2 SCBD yang ditempati Ritz Carlton & Pasific Place IMO agak sedikit "aneh"... seperti kuda2-an, satu tower nongol di bagian depan (kepala) satu tower lainnya nongol di bagian belakang (ekor)

Capital is Triplet..
Capital itu bukan triplet, juga bukan twin. Memang tampak ada 3 puncak tower yaitu 2 tower tinggi dan 1 tower pendek. Yg dua tower tinggi itu sebenarnya menyatu menjadi 1 tower dgn 2 puncak. Maka Capital itu terdiri dari 1 tower tinggi dan 1 tower pendek.

it has Bank,Stock Exchange,Plaza or mall, apartment,underpass, tunnel, drive range area, hang-out place=MIDAS (ex bengkel),also tenda semanggi??

Walau aku tinggal di kawasan Jakarta yang looks magnificent sekalipun ,,, i still can easily say ... "Kayak bukan di jakarta, ya... " :D

Wuahahahahaha ,,,,, Jakarta image is nice to see at pics,, but hmm to experience .... :p~ ... well, u name it :D..... The one who adore Singapore and KL doesnt visit those cities for its CBDs .,, they visit it for Orchard, Bukit Bintang, Chow Kit, Museum, Parks, Fine Galleries ...with nice LRTs, MRTs, Public Bus system to travel around. (these are the missing factor in our Jakarta) ..... easy map access, easy tourist reservation, and everything easy (even for backpackers) ... god,, I can only find that factor in Bali ... (never in Jakarta) :rofl: ....

Maybe the SCBD area is small but it sets a new standard for Jakarta. So Encon's idea opening an SCBD thread Rate Skyline isn't that bad it's good. (But yeah who am I?)
