Actually the new pics are very dissapointing. They are unclear with very poor contrast and what looks like compression artifacts all over the place.

On top of all that it looks like they are from winter 2003 so they are out of date and because they are taken in the winter there are long shadows and poor light.

Yeah I agree. Very dissapointing resolution. Sydney looks much better but they took the photo on a very windy day though.

i'd say even earlier than 2003, only half of the old MCG northen stand has been demolished....at it's current state it's almost finished....

for the 2003 grand final they at least had the new scoreboard and some seating along the first tier, on google it's just dirt
