that concrete wall in the second pic is just hideous... most Birmingham scrapers i've seen definately looks better than this. 3.5

Everyone else has give it around 3 or 4 so its gets a 5/10 of me.

I like this british 70-80 decades office building style. Here in the Basque Country we have some same style buildings like "Albia building" or "Bizkaia tower" (BBVA headquarters) in Bilbao.
