It is interesting to know that the oldest skyscraper of Tehran is the 16-storey Pelasko Tower which was built in 1962 by a Bahai named Hazhir Yazdani (known as Hojabr) and the second one is the 33-storey Sepehr Tower, this project was started in 1971 by a French company and was built by the Israeli engineers!

Of course I think 26-Storey Azadi Grand Hotel (Ex-Hyatt) was built before Sepehr Tower!
