The old bus Station or the new one..
either case there both freaky places to go to :(

the old and new bus stations area will be renovated when space runs out in north tel aviv, its happening slowly but you are right those are still ugly dreadful places,
with hookers, dealers, scruffy markets and foreign workers.

i heard about some project that they will destroy all bus station area and will build new buildings for young couples...

I dont know what to think of the New Bus station.
To be honest,i never been to the old one...maybe i have passed it.

The new one, kinda seems like and endless place...and you wait in line to get in...

On one hand, you can get so many good deals. There is alot of places that sell stuff like electornics, cd's and stuff..and there is food. There is alot of soldiers...but i never seem to like it..

I was there only once. It was to go from Tel Aviv to Herzelia.... I wanted to see the Promenade and the Arena mall.. Felt like a thousandaire in a millionaire place....
but then i remembered the harsh reality of the Israeli system where the rich/poor gap is gwoing :(

i care more about having everyone been fed then to see gold fishes and marvellous stone being used in the mall....

What about the odd bunch..the unemployed...the disabled....
so why is it that 1 in 5 Israelis are poor?

If we make Israeli a progressive economy, it will be hard for the arabs especially to maintain that..so they will move..you think it will happen?

Yes, this is a good thing.
Most places in Tel Aviv are old and wear down. This gives a good usage to help make the place look nice and new again. The Architech, the bahaus one is very unique and original for Israel and i think they should preserve it and make whats best out of it, which will be very good...

I know that most places that look really bad outside, look nicer inside, which is not bad at all.
I think also, some places should be tore down and made 1 mega place, to boost more sales and capital for some people..

Other places, or blocks which are really old should be tranfered to make new way for buildings and such.....

Like i said before, im not fond of these 2-5 story places stretching a few distances x a few blocks..... They should be taken down and made way for skyscrapers....

i expect 6-9 of these sets in a row, would probably make up 1 place...

if you do the math..then if you have 320 tenants in one average building, than the most tenants you would have in those old blocks is 9 x 4 = 36 x 5 = 180 tenants...

so you would fill up good and save space (SPACE SPACE SPACE!!!!) and make almost 140 people live into an area..... less denser...
