Gaisano, a family enterprise started by a prominent Cebuana-Chinese Dona Modesta Singson Gaisano in the late sixties in Cebu has become so ubiquitous in the Visayas as well as in Mindanao;the latest mall added was Gaisano City in Butuan, which is currently the first and largest true blue mall in Northeastern Mindanao area. Does anyone have news on the Ayala mall being built in the North Triangle Area? (intersection of EDSA and North Avenue at the end of the MRT line ina almost in front of SM North EDSA)

Why does every malls in the world looks as the same place?

You can shop at Manila, Los Ángeles, or Sofia, and stay at a building with the same design.
