Blackpool (http://www.blackpooltourism.com/) is 'Britain's most favorite' seaside resort. The Blackpool Tower (http://www.theblackpooltower.co.uk/) from 1894 is 158m/519ft tall. The bars and clubs attract many stag and hen parties. Besides the arcade halls and kiddy rides there is Pleasure Beach (http://www.blackpoolpleasurebeach.com/), a large lunapark with many attractions like several rollercoasters.

Lots of fat slags in Blackpool :runaway:The views from the top of the tower are amazing...to think Beetham in Manchester is a good 13m taller, pity that does not have a viewing platform on the top.

You have to applaud the father for having the good sense to place one of their kids on top of the glass floor when taking the pic, rather than volunteering themselves. Loads of kids, but only one Dad! :)

Nice pics of Blackpool - it's not all falling over drunken bodies on stag nights, and going down rat infested backstreet café's and chancing a cuppa.

lol I braved the Walk of Faith at the CN Tower in Toronto, but I just can't do it at Blackpool Tower! It just doesn't look safe! That aside, I've always loved Blackpool and try get there once a year. Great pics especially of the Tower Ballroom

I'm sure with all the beaurocratic Health and Safety restrictions and Risk Assessment Policies, that glass on the walk of death, should be able to withstand a Samba jig by Rik Waller and Michelle McManus!
