B.S.R company ( bought land for 2000 more apartments in Riga paying 15 million dollars.
The project is one of the biggest residential projects to start
in the country, valued at 220 million dollars.
It is currently already building 5 tall towers in the center of Riga, 600 units
(120 in each). project is 70 percent sold out.
The company is involved in residential building in East Europe and Latvia.
Also negotiating planning to build 1300 apartments in Bucharest, Romania.
It is building Manhattan Tower in North Tel Aviv, 177 apartments, 39 floors
for a private buyers group and planning initiating further towers in this way
for the Israeli market.
