The massive Westpac has topped out with only the 30m weather beacon to go.
Meriton still shooting up.Regent Place towers powering along, also North sydneys 100 pachwy starting to impact the skyline.
Ive guessed status of Parramattas ESCEN.

The massive circ on cav are rising well and can be seen poking up above surrounds.Artique should be the only tower from this list to complete before xmas. The others are all now underway with a few core boxes now assembled above street.

Looks good, I like the staggered cycle on the Gold Coast, as Q1 finishes, Coc rises (that really is a bad abbreviation), as Coc finishes, Soul rises etc etc... gives you something new to look at constantly. I wish Vision would get started already in Brisbane.

I gotta say, does look like everything is finishing in Melbourne at the same time from that diagram! Anything big in the pipeline to start soon?

well next month there will be just 6 bldgs over 80m uc. (exit- FWP,E&Y,SX,RDT,UWS,VIC pt) even though they still have a crane and not opened.exteriors will be basically done for diagram purposes. Eureka will still be there until mast is added which could be 2006.Verve,Neo, Milano,Dock5 & Eifel will carry on into 2006. there is a couple of office projects that apparently will commence in 2006. Savoy site (110m) and 538 Bourke st (130m).
yes its great GC will have some big ones to keep forumers happy.
In Sydney, the only one of those to exit before xmas will be Westpac.Big ones to add in 2006 will be John Boyd (188m), 33 Bligh (188m) and Mid city (140m).not a bad lineup.
Vision will start late 2006, so it will be amazing how the tallest bldg in Australia uc will be in Brisbane!
Hopefully Perths Seidler towers will commence and maybe city sq too.
Adelaide35storey bentham st tower will commence and darwins big ones will also be well underway!
2006 looks like being a yet another g00d yeaR!
