How did you get the last image to be so long? Is this with the free-version of Google Earth??

Its with the free version, but you don't make those images with google earth. I took image after image on google earth and cut them togather on photoshop. Quite easy, but you need to have the elevation exaggeration on 0, because if the landscape is in 3D, it gets difficult to cut the images togather. :)

The Amazon river is amazing and it changes its own shape from time to time, as you can clearly see there are parts of river that used to belong to the river but now are separated to the sides.

The Amazon river is amazing and it changes its own shape from time to time, as you can clearly see there are parts of river that used to belong to the river but now are separated to the sides.

Yeah, its easy to see that on these images. You can find the same in most other rivers which is on a flat landscape.
