what condo can i get in for this amount in:
phucket, ko samui, hua hin and any other beachside area i am missing! (not pattaya, thats more of a lake then a sea!
if you link me to any pictures of particular buildings that would be awesome!

Wow, Big Macs are really expensive in Thailand. What a ripoff. Where I am, you can get two Big Macs for $2.50 (100 Baht?). :D

For Baht 14 million you can get a wonderful place at the Terraces in Kamala Bay Phuket. Do a search at <http://www.hamptons.co.th/>. They are 235 sq. meters (inclduing a 50-70 sq meter private garden) they look so nice.....

I suggested Samui and Phuket Property.
Such a 12 Million, dont you think should it be seperated for 2 assets? for a quicker release?
