why do they keep bringing up the tallest crap when its obvious met3 will be taller than anything approved.

Is Met 3 really the tallest building? The only place I've seen 866 feet is in promotional materials which knowing developers could very well be BS.

I've seen actual architectural drawings which show the total height as being 866'. Now, whether these drawings with this height have been approved by the city of Miami or not is the real question...

Hopefluly Empire will be built and top them all!

I think the spreadsheet's outdated. And I think its approved at the revised height. I beleive a forumer (Aessotarig ?) actually called MDM to confirm this.
