Any opinion from anyone about this condo? I put booking fees and is going to be launch by end of this year after Straits Regency complete. Very low density 104 unit only. 332K and above somthing like that.

Only BIG problem i sthe maintenance fee + 10% sinking fun from the maintenance fee. Size about 1500sqft. Total Cost about RM320. :eek2:
