The new neighborhood in haifa of ramat haviv / ramat carmel will soon be sent for approval by local planning board, it will still include most in the same height of the towers at 19 floors, (although the africa-israel company said publically it would lower them to 15) but now arranged in a circular pattern around a 30 dunam park, instead of two rows as previously approved. This will be the largest project in the north, with over 1000 apartments.
It will include 20 new towers, most of 19 floors.
Building will start if approved early 2006. Local residents may file petitions against the height and plan so it may take longer!

were built by Engel company who stopped the project also because of petitions against the plan by residents living above ramat haviv who said these towers will block their sea views, and the project has been on wait for 6 years, now sold to a new company.
