My sister went to kibbutz zde boker,she had fun,but its was 8 years ago.

more unique and remote:

south (negev, better to come in winter)

k. yahel
k. gvulot

north (better to come in summer)
k. hagoshrim
k. rosh hanikra
k. lehavot habashan
k. manara

less remote, central:

yes, kibbutz rosh hanikra..

on the beach near lebanese border,
founded in 6.1.1949
includes industry, greenhouses, and bio-tech industries including seaweed products and tourism, sailing.
500 people with 160 units planned for extensions.
the kibbutz underwent privatizations, currently gives salaries.

What kind of a Kibbutz do you want? a more communitarian one, or a more privatized one?

I think its an Israeli collective farm. Once important in the development of Israel.
Communal settlement in modern Israel. Originally, kibbutzim had an agricultural they focused, on agriculture, but many of them they are now are engaged in a variety of activities including tourism, high-tech ventures, and other industries.
