One lithuanian forumer MARKA visited the exhibition and made some photos, so i`ll post them here.

Probably the place which will develop the most:

Gandraliskes on the right, Elektromarkt towers just below and 2 unknown highrises (one of them already under development).
Akropolis at the bottom on the right and Hanner shoping mall on the left.
You can see the sports arena, indoor football stadium and "some" more highrises, some of them look tall :nuts:

This is a huge area! Is this for housing? Big plans like this close to water reminds me of the Fjord City project in Oslo.

Likely that this zone will be for business, but i`m pretty sure that residentials would be welcome as well. But as i sayd, even if this project will be realized, i don`t think that it could be by the water, cause now it is occupied by a stevedoring company.

That`s really good that Klaipeda will have highrise cluster. Plans seems to be quite comprehensive.
