Im not going to caption these in detail. No artistic pictures.

PART 1. Shimane prefecture

In August I was stationed in Matsue, capital of Shimane, for work for 3 weeks. While I was there I made an effort to tour some of the inland areas of Hiroshima and Shimane prefectures.First weekend I spent touring inland Shimane and Hiroshima and the beaches near Matuse on the coast the following day.

The second weekend I did a smooth easy 500km ride down to Iwakuni and back via a night in one of my favourite Japanese cities,Hiroshima. My 4th time there and my thrid time to my all time favourite restaurant in Japan.

Life is a tour.A tour on the skywave.

Great photos Nick. The countryside looks so untouched, and I never realised Japan had such nice beaches.
