Were getting nationwide exposure with MTV Awards and Super Bowls. I’m so excited on how I read: The Promenade will be the centerpiece of the Park West Entertainment District, where a bustling after-hours club scene has taken root. Redevelopment of the Promenade should cultivate a genuine 24-hour environment where people can be entertained, work, and reside – a place that celebrates Miami’s diverse popular culture and music scene. Currently it’s now over town Miami near the pink Miami Arena filled with homeless people, will transform to a 24-hour entertainment district. A Friend’s wife who works for Telemundo Network states that NBC which owns Telemundo, desperately wants to move part of there headquarters from Hialeah and LA: to South beach Lincoln mall or Miami’s Promenade and would like to add a Prime time news studios, late night show and even a outside JUMBO-TRON, Similar to there NBC partners in Times Square.

With all these buildings going sky-high it will be exciting. I’m reading up in the Miami museum that is being built in the heart of Miami next to the AAA, how they might FINALLY build a landmark. You know how Paris has there Eiffel tower or how NY has the Statue of liberty, Miami wants to build another light house in back of the Museum which is not that fascinating but it’s a start. Intriguing how Biscayne Blvd will become its own Broadway with the performing arts center. I had the opportunity to meet the directors of the Broadway chain whom tours around the nation doing shows. Answered my question on how when Miami finishes building their performing arts center. It will host numerous of South American plays, and can permanently become a home to several seasonal plays because of Miami’s Hispanic market and that can create its own culture. Also, said Miami can host much more Broadway shows then any other city behind New York. And jokingly said how “The Phantom of the Opera” and other plays would leave Broward in a heartbeat.

The downside of Miami is that they want too build a baseball stadium in little Havana. And the transportation is poor. Either way hopefully this will bring mucho dinero to Miami and more exposure. American Express is looking for a headquarters, which their lease is up in 2007 at Fort Lauderdale, St Louis and parts of California offices. I hope they might consider those brickell towers. I’ve personally been around the world. Miami does have the best clubs, restaurants, hotels one of the best beaches, and of course the most beautiful diverse women in the world. All we need is some more arts, entertainment, transportation and a cleaner downtown. My goal is to build an Empire State Buliding in Miami. It can be built. FAA few years ago didn’t allow highrise buildings and city saying because of Hurricanes. After Four seasons hotel came met 3 then Capital Brickell now the Brickell Citicentre buildings it just keeps on getting higher and higher.
