The three office bldgs is not that high, but the design is very modern and futuristic. Glassy, curvy, and so out-of-the-box if compared with another office building in Jakarta. One thing that i want to know is, are they have a same developers? But we'll have to wait another 2 years i think before we see the same level of construction as 1-2 years ago, the 'boom' years. Notice that newer projects tend to be located outside the CBD area e.g. Kemang Village, Paragon City, Kemayoran projects, etc. But several promising Golden Triangle projects are coming up including Rasuna Epicentrum, Ciputra World, and hopefully within 1 year, Pacific Place phase 2. Meanwhile, as Grand Indonesia nears completion, we still have Plaza Indonesia Phase 2 to keep ourselves busy... and another observation...Mega Kuningan has passed its growth spurt. In the next 3-4 years most of the activity will happen in Rasuna Epi and SCBD...
