translation:

83 out of 188 apartments were pre-sold before construction, revenues of $27m.
the two towers will be 30 floors each, and total revenue expected to be $92m.

apartments:
3 bdrm, 95 sqm. goes for $290,000
4 bdrm, 115 sqm. goes for $380,000

(yep, thats central tel aviv's prices for ya!)

The 5 dunam plot was bought for $17m
most expensive 210 sqm. penthouse will cost $2.5m.
350 enclosed parking spaces.

the builings were planned for 224 flats (112 in each) but they decsided to build less to increase flat sizes on average from 100 to 127 sqm.

scotty what do you pay for apartments where you are?
by the way for most israeli cities the average prices for apartments are about half of these..

and to top it off, prices are expected to rise sharply in the coming years in israel. thats why lots of overseas jews buy now, its a great investment

Apartments like these costs something between 15.000$ and 30.000$

haha.. well I live in a small city and the apartment is in a great shape.. :)

The price is in Sthlm city is much higher .. but still atleast 3-4 times lower than those in Tel Aviv..

!!?!?!? Scotty? what country are u in?!?! Thats nuts.......

i wanna move out of my house and i cannot afford much...a room here is 400 CDN a month (thats like 300 US a month for a single room)
