I love the fact that Newcastle has a subway too. Do you have anymore pics of that? Its difficult to find decent ones on the net.

yeah it's quality up here - friendly, lively, funny, beautiful in most places. great new photos too labotomy, i really love the way the bridges occasional ride right over the top of the buildings down the quayside. it's so weird to see it for the first time in the flesh. accura it's so worth a visit anytime of year but i'd especially recommend new year - the fireworks and lighting are mint and it's one big party

I love the bridges this city has,especially the old ones.If this city had a suspension bridge then it would have the biggest portfolio of old bridges I know :)

I have to say, Newcastle is one of the "other" British cities I would love to dedicate a holiday to. Maybe these photo's can convince HQ (aka "girlfriend")
