It is unique, but it doesnt appeal much. Too blocky. Dont like how the base connects with the rest of the building.

Evergrey April 8th, 2003, 07:30 PM 3/10 I have always disliked this skyscraper. The mishmash of facades is contrived and absurd. An ugly ugly building,... though the camera mounted on top of it gave us some nice aerial views of the 1990 World Series at Riverfront.

Chad September 24th, 2003, 09:09 AM The curves!...The curves are mind-numbing!!...This tower is surely deserved to be the masterpiece on the riverside......Not so tall but yet elegant in it's self. Dominated the skyline with such a high-class and Glamour facade!....8.5/10

I like this building but I have never liked the location. It seems to dominate the skyline too much because of its location so close to the river and its proportions are out of scale. It takes the spotlight away from the beautiful art deco structures in Cincy. Although at night the deco buildings still rule!
