Always stood out to me. Probably the only pomo tower in Daytwah that didn't specifically try to mimic art deco or another historic style.

I like the design, it reminds me of the BoC in Charlotte.
But the letdown is the roof, which doesnt connect well with the building, and the facade could do with more shine.

I don't like the color, but it's ok. 7/10

Not one of my favorites in Detroit...but it's alright. 7/10. Quick little thing here...look on the right of the second picture and you will see a building cut off after about 6 floors...that eventually will be built onto to about the same size of the Madden.

Yeah, I don't like the color, 7.

I agree with RafflesCity. I'm sure if the roof did a better job of calling the building to a conclusion, rather then abruptly ending like it does with a pretty ugly mechanical floor, it would be much better.

I give it 7/10. It's a nice filler building and a nice attempt at PoMo, but it falls short in a few categories. I always thought that it would have looked much better taller, and from the side it looks a little squat. As for the color, those photos don't show the buildings true color. It's actually has a pink tint to it most of the time.

6.5 I prefer Detroit's Comerica building and its old 20's scrapers... this one seems to be rather bland.

One of the reasons I like this building is because it works well with the rest of the skyline (unlike a certain hotel/office complex a few hundred feet away).

A great addition to the Detroit skyline.

Love it! The building has a great shape and I love the facade. The top of the building is nice too! Looks fantastic in day and in night!

I like the facade, but not so much the roof. Should have a little minor detail added at the roof to offset the plain surface. The facade is from Indiana I believe and is called Salmon Limestone.

The building has a really nice lighting job at night. That's one thing Detroit does really well, is light its skyline. The more buildings we get back in order the better it will become.

Madden mostly reminds me of the skyscraper in Los Angeles...I believe it is called 777 Figuora if I'm not mistaken.

The building is a little too squat.
I like the curved front.
I like the columns.
The color is not too bad.
It is not a jarring presence in the skyline.
