I think its awesome! Both from the outside and from the inside.. it looks very expensive and big.. i like that! :)

it is very expencive....the cheapest one i saw was 4.5 million kroner...but i thought they had started a long time ago....so much going on i cant keep up...

Damn, the most expensive was 16 mill. D.kr - thats alot of money for an apartment.

There is one appartment for sale on christianshavn for 15 million, in a complex by henning larsen, but i think this one might be the most expencive appartment in COPENHAGEN...And the fact that it has already been sold, leeds me to believe that it was probebly made for order...They wouldnt just make a random apartment for 16 million, without having a buyer...

edit- and 41000 in commenexpences?? thats about 1-2 years of pure rent for me....damn

wow! This is a amaizing project, WONDERFUL architecture! Nordic yet so cool!

Very nice but also damn expensive. That area can really use some new residentials, so it's all good.

Definitely one of the coolest project in CPH right now - by the way, it's the same architect as Tietgen Kollegiet in Ørestad North: Lundgård & Tranberg :) :okay:

The swedish architect Gert Wingårdh will build another residential project next to it. Haven't seen any renderings yet.
He also made the masterplan for the whole area (Havneholmen), which is the area seen in the "aerial rendering" posted by DLL_4ever

I really like the design. It's gonna be a beautiful complex of buildings to pass by when crossing the new walk and bicycle bridge.

The area around Fisketorvet is somewhat of Copenhagen's La Defense, only much smaller and lower.

The area around Fisketorvet is not at all similar to La Defense. La Defense is purely business. Fisketorvet till now is strictly shopping and is being developed to be residential and commercial.

I see your point by saying it, since it is an area developed from scratch, but do not agree. ;-)

Plus La Defense is also a lot taller, and build to be taller....I guess you could compare it more with ørestaden in general....

Anyway, nice to hear they're finally building something, has anyone seen that banner when coming from Sydhavnen towards Fisketorvet? It's a render of Havneholmen filled up with commercial buildings. It looks pretty cool, but it's been standing there for ages. I guess it's scrapped now, or what?
