Hey, guys!

I've been browsing this place since yesterday and its pretty cool. I'm Meena born and bought up in London with parents from India.

What bought me here? ...Well my other half resides in Qatar, so if all goes to plans then in some years we will eventually marry and I will make the move to Qatar, some may think I'm crazy to move from London to Qatar but we thought about it alot and thought it was best that way. Me, never have been to Qatar has led me to alot of google searches on QA and Doha and one of the results bought me here. Though I see this is aimed at tall builidings and architecture, this particular forum for QA is also alot about the development side, which I am hugely interested in.

Anyways, its odd to hear that you'd find it not possible for someone to move from London to Doha. You'd be suprised at how many ppl, both of english origin and other who move from London to Doha or Dubai or Bahrain.

At least you dont have to pay taxes in Doha.

Anyways if stuff dont go well with ur bf and u still wanna visit doha.. im qatar living in London.. hehe j/k..
