Anyway, the front tower (the taller one) doesn't look like a condominium to me. It looks more like an office tower lah.

I agree completely. It's better than the leftover that is there now but from the street level you won't see much of a difference by judging from the rendering. Such a relatively glassy and tall tower could have been so much better and I hope it will turn out nicer in the end. At least it's not among the more expensive in town.

i try to find some of creative design thinking on this tower ... sad.. its none

I take a bet... the two bedrooms will sell out first. most developers believe studio+1 bed are selling better because cheaper and do not provide enough 2bed units (then need to combine studios ..)

First time I see a so-called one bedroom where the bedroom doesn't have a window!

กรุงเทพธุรกิจออนไลน์ : แหล่งข่าวจากบริษัท โฮมควิก จำกัด เปิดเผยว่า ขณะนี้บริษัทได้เข้าไปซื้อทรัพย์ ที่เป็นอาคารสร้างค้างมาตั้งแต่ปี 2540 บนถนนศรีอยุธยา ซอย 8 ตั้งอยู่ด้านข้างโรงเรียนศรีอยุธยา ซึ่งเจ้าของเดิมเป็นเจ้าของเดียวกับกลุ่มโรงพยาบาลพญาไท ที่ได้ยื่นขออนุญาตก่อสร้างเป็นอาคารสำนักงานให้เช่า แต่ต้องหยุดการก่อสร้างเนื่องจากเกิดวิกฤติเศรษฐกิจ โดยได้ก่อสร้างไปแล้ว 28 ชั้น

สำหรับการเข้าไปลงทุนครั้งนี้ ได้ทำการซื้อมาจากสถาบันการเงินที่เป็นเจ้าของเดิม พร้อมกับปรับรูปแบบของโครงการใหม่ให้สอดคล้องกับสภาพตลาด เพื่อให้เกิดประโยชน์ในการลงทุนมากที่สุด โดยปรับจากอาคารสำนักงานมาเป็นที่อยู่อาศัย ทั้งแบบคอนโดมิเนียมและโรงแรม รวม 2 อาคาร ความสูง 39 ชั้น มูลค่าโครงการประมาณ 2,000-3,000 ล้านบาท คาดว่าก่อสร้างแล้วเสร็จต้นปี 2552

ทั้งนี้ โครงการดังกล่าว ตั้งอยู่บนเนื้อที่ 3 ไร่เศษ แบ่งเป็น 2 ส่วนคือ พื้นที่ด้านหน้าเนื้อที่ประมาณ 2 ไร่ เป็นโรงแรมระดับ 5 ดาว สูง 35 ชั้น ภายใต้ชื่อโรงแรมเชอราตัน โฟร์ พ้อยท์ (Sheraton Four Points) จำนวน 450 ห้อง ส่วนตึกด้านหลังเนื้อที่กว่า 1 ไร่ เป็นคอนโดมิเนียมสูง 39 ชั้น จำนวน 504 ยูนิต มูลค่า 1,700 ล้านบาท ประกอบด้วยแบบห้องสตูดิโอ พื้นที่ 40 ตารางเมตร ราคา 2.6-3.02 ล้านบาท, พื้นที่ใช้สอย 47, 53 และ 54 ตารางเมตร ราคา 3.05 - 4.07 ล้านบาท ส่วนขนาด 90 ตารางเมตร ราคา 5.85 - 6.79 ล้านบาท และ ดูเพล็กซ์ (Duplex) พื้นที่ 102, 107 ตารางเมตร ราคา 7.14 - 8.02 ล้านบาท

ในส่วนของคอนโดมิเนียม ปัจจุบันอยู่ระหว่างพรีเซลล์ ราคาเปิดตัว 6.5 หมื่นบาท/ตารางเมตร พร้อมเฟอร์นิเจอร์ครบชุด โดยมีเงื่อนไขเงินดาวน์ 15% ผ่อนดาวน์ 18 เดือน ที่เหลือ 85% โอนกรรมสิทธิ์เมื่อสร้างเสร็จ ค่าใช้จ่ายส่วนกลาง 35 บาท/ตารางเมตร/เดือน ชำระล่วงหน้า 1 ปี ค่าเงินกองทุน 400 บาท/ตารางเมตร ชำระ ณ วันโอนกรรมสิทธิ์ครั้งเดียว

จากการสืบค้น กรมพัฒนาธุรกิจการค้า สังกัดกระทรวงพาณิชย์ พบว่า บริษัท โฮมควิก จำกัด ก่อตั้งขึ้นเมื่อปี 2543 ด้วยทุนจดทะเบียน 1 ล้านบาท และได้เพิ่มเป็น 100 ล้านบาทเมื่อปี 2549 เพื่อขยายการลงทุนในธุรกิจอสังหาริมทรัพย์ จดทะเบียนประเภทธุรกิจเป็นโรงแรมและคอนโดมิเนียม โดยกรรมการคือ นายจำเริญ จิตตรัตน์เสนีย์ นางสิริมา เทพธารากุลการ นายธนิต ตีรวัฒน์ สำหรับนายจำเริญนั้น มีฐานธุรกิจโรงแรมทั้งในกรุงเทพฯ ภูเก็ต และเชียงใหม่ อาทิเช่น โรงแรมเดอะทวินทาวเวอร์ กรุงเทพฯ โรงแรมอันดามัน ไวท์ บีช รีสอร์ท จ.ภูเก็ต และโรงแรมสุริวงศ์ฯ ที่ จ.เชียงใหม่ เป็นต้น

Comparing the photos on this thread from the end of 2008 to the end of 2009, it seems there's been no extra height added to this building in the space of a year despite apparent activity. What are they doing there?
