good stuff don, dupont seems to be moving long quickly and it seems like the 1st phase is now the 600ft tower, and i like how the wind studies added met2 but any reasonwhy the used the 750ft version of met3?

and if you notice the 1st pictures features what i believe would be 500brickell station,or 500brickell 3

Well, I guess you can't blame them for using the original version of Met 3. I mean, it's like MDM has ADD with all the permutations it's been through.

yeah thats true since none of us have an idea how they will tie in 500BRICKELL STATION now we have a general idea as to what they are thinking of adding... dont like the already long garage extended but cool anyways.. DON PACHO what exactly do they do with these wind tunnel test

These tests are the starting point of a building. They give the design wind pressures, positives and negatives at every particular location of the building.

Each reading is in PSF pounds per square inch, an example, 95 PSF. A component of a building, lets say a window, must be capable of widstanding the wind loads of a minimum of 95 PSF. A Door manufacturer must have a Dade County approved product capable of holding the winds to these pressures otherwise you won't get a permit and you won't be able to install it.
