Northern Cyprus Turkish Republic is getting new investments. 15.000 new bed capacity is being added with this new project. New conmditions, let the investment come to Northern Cypurs. So government is preparing a new law to control all this new projects. Projects ar eincluding Casions, Hotels, Entertainment and show centers, congress centers.

One of the investors, Kaya Grub is getting ready to build a complex wth $45 million then their investment wll increas to $65 million. Their Project is Arthemis Holiday Village, wich will be complated in 2006

It's very suitable to turn Northern Cyprus to a Casino heaven. There is already plenty of Turkish and Israeli tourists going there for Casinos. They can attract more tourists from other countries if they go on with these kind of investments... ;)

Currently there is a touristic construction boom in TRNC. I don't remember the figures but it was more than 100, with big and small projects.

New 5 star hotels & residences are being built in Magosa Karpaz area . Noah`s Ark will be opened on May.
