Except that you can't judge quality your way. What you need is a way for people to rate towers on your site, that way they could filter the result to see which cities have most towers rated 5 or more over 100m, etc.

All things considered I dont think this forum either encourages or tolerates what you have said.

yes, we've been thinking about that for ages, there's one flaw EB. it would require a site registration and only members would be able to rate, and that'd take a huge amount of work. besides then people would be employing their own stupid petty ideas and macnhester people would vote for manchester and so on and youd be back to exactly the same sort of tribal bullshit.

Well, you could get them to pay, say 50p for each vote, then take advantage of the tribalism.
