Why is this still in the u/c section?

I just had a look at page 1 and the renders of the time:
we're all used to outstanding architectural visions that end up butchered with a shitty cladding, but has anyone ever seen renders as positively deceiving as the ones offered for Comcast (quite bland, pale, nothing REALLY exiciting _ excluding the design) for a result like this?
I mean... I would have dreamt of so many towers back in 2005 but not so much this one. And look at what we got: a titan of a beauty!

Me too. The building shape is, I would say, OK. But the cladding is... mind-blowing. And in combination this building is truly a jewel. For me it is n.1 modern (and completed) US skyscraper. :)

I wish there was an observation deck for the public.

I could see that. Great skyline. Strange angle this shows the sort end of the skyline. Philadelphia's skyline spans river to river this from the Schuylkill.
