Pardis Technology Park is located in Pardis area in the northeast of the capital city of Tehran at a distance of 20 km, with a panoramic view of Damavand Mountain, occupying a territory of 20 hectares.

Pardis Technology Park (PTP) was established in 2001, on government initiative, by Technology Cooperation Office (TCO) of I.R of Iran Presidency. The mission is to create an environment for researchers, educators and Companies with similar requirements and goals, in order to develop high-tech industries and to increase employments. PTP is run by board of directors whose members are designated by TCO and Sharif University of Technology. The management is focused on creating optimum conditions for business partners including domestic and international investors.

Great I like those projects. We're gettin one in Bahrain also in the International Investment Park. Btw, why did construction start after 4 years though if it's established in 2001?

Hm, Turkey has a few of those Technoparks as well.

Well, let's hope that whatever comes out of that park won't be plutonium rods, and may it benefit the Iranian economy.

well it will creat jobs, technology and evantually will become profitable so i think that these projects are only to encourage.

well i think its something that will fasilitate students to do technological research and for scientist to do some cool investions. Its something to suport irans future knowledge economy. (its one of the goals of the republic).

I'm not sure if this has been posted somewhere else yet.

This place is going to be amazing when its complete. Iran really needs this type of infrastructure.
