That's definitely in a JAM :D Anyway, Kowloon does have it's traffic problems especially around Nathan Road and the Cross Harbour Tunnel. But traffic in HK isn't that bad compared to other cities and if you don't like traffic, better take the MTR :D

It's probably there aren't too many cars in HK especially private vehicles.

There does have a traffic problem in HKI on Connaguht Road Central, Queen Road Central in Central; and Glouseter Road and Canal Road Overpass in Wan Chai during the peak hour. It could take an hour to go to Causeway Bay from Western Central/Eastern Sheung Wan. Also, Hennessy Road in Causeway bay also has a problem of overcrowded buses.
