RTX October 26th, 2005, 09:51 PM Remont tramvajske pruge od Marindvora do Skenderije
Na većem dijelu pruge postavljene nove šine
Od Marindvora do Skenderije, u okviru remonta tramvajske pruge, na većem dijelu uklonjene su stare i postavljene nove šine koje se vare.
U Javnom preduzeću Gradskog saobraćaja (GRAS) potvrdili su juče da se trentuno izvode i betonski radovi oko šina.
"Pored tih radova koji teku planiranom dinamikom, u Ulici Mula Mustafe Bašeskije je ostalo još da se zavare spojnice među šinama. To će trajati i naredna dva dana, međutim, ti radovi neće ometati odvijanje saobraćaja", kazala je Meliha Hasanbegović, iz Informativne službe preduzeća GRAS.
Dodaje da su rekonstrukciju pruge na više lokacija u gradu, zbog čega je danima obustavljen tramvajski saobraćaj, iskoristili i za redovno održavanje pruge.
"To podrazumijeva zavarivanje, čišćenje pruge i trenutno se radi u Ulici maršala Tita. Kada je redovno odvijanje tramvajskog saobraćaja, ti radovi se ostavljaju za noćne sate", objašnjava Hasanbegovićeva.
Remont pruge od Marindvora do Skenderije trajaće do kraja oktobra, do kada će se saobraćaj za motorna vozila odvijati u dvije saobraćajne trake.
Rekonstrukcija tramvajske pruge zbog koje je bio obustavljen saobraćaj u Ulici hiseta na Marindvoru, prošle i početkom ove nedjelje uzrokovala je cjelodnevne gužve u gradu.

Promocija idejnog rješenja modernizacije Olimpijskog stadiona KOŠEVO - 06.10.2005

Olimpijska dvorana ZETRA bila je domaćin promociji idejnog rješenja modernizacije Olimpijskog stadiona KOŠEVO, koja za cilj ima izrgadnju dodatnih elemenata i poboljšanje starih na samom stadionu kako bi se dosegli kriteriji koje postavlja FIFA. Organizator promocije bila je Općina Centar i Centar za sport i rekreaciju, u čije ime prisutnim su se obratili Dževad Bećirević načelnik Općine i Jasmina Polić direktorica Centra. Promotor idejnog rješenja bio je eminentni arhitekta iz Sarajeva Lidumil Braco Alikalhić. Ponuđeni slajdovi, koje vam prezentirano govore o veličanstvenoj ideji uspostavljanja stadionskog kompleksa po najstrožijim evropskim standardima.

U toku su intenzivni građevinski radovi na izgradnji prva tri od ukupno sedam objekata koje gradi firma OKI u sklopu projekta "Bjelašnica 1". Naše su namjere da prvi objekat bude upotpunosti završen do kraja septembra. Preostala dva objekta će biti završena do početka zime i data na raspolaganje potencijalnim kupcima.

Potpisan Sporazum o eksproprijaciji zemljišta
Sarajevska obilaznica gradiće se iduće godine
Ministar prometa i komunikacija Federacije Bosne i Hercegovine Nedžad Branković i ministrica prometa i komunikacija Kantona Sarajevo Ljiljana Sakić potpisali su jučer Sporazum o učešću u finansiranju i obavljanju poslova eksproprijacije za izgradnju sarajevske obilaznice u dužini od 16,17 kilometara.
Ministar Branković je objasno zašto nije ranije došlo do izgradnje ove obilaznice i zašto se tek pristupilo rješavanju imovinsko-pravnih odnosa.
- Europska investiciona banka uložila je 37 miliona eura prije pet godina, a iz tih sredstava urađena je Fizibiliti studija i Studija utjecaja na okoliša, koja je i odredila kuda će se izvoditi radovi zaobilaznice, a to je samo polovina troškova za izgradnju obilaznice, kazao je, između ostalog Branković.
Sarajevska obilaznica od 9,63 kilometra pripada federalnom Ministarstvu prometa i komunikacija i dio je koridora 5C, a 6,54 kilometra pripada Kantonu Sarajevo.
Potpisivanje sporazuma znači posljednje pripremne radove da bi se iduće godine moglo pristupiti izgradnji. U oktobru ili do kraja ove godine bit će raspisan javni poziv za izvođača radova. U okviru obilaznice bit će izgrađen dio gradskog autoputa od Butila preko Briješća do ulice Safeta Zajke i povezivanje sa izgrađenim Zapadnim prilazom gradu.
U projekt, samo za građevinske radove, uloženo je 36 miliona eura i 18 miliona dolara. N. DURIĆ

U toku izrada projekta za autoput Ciglane - Pofalići
U toku je izrada projekta sjevernog gradskog autoputa Ciglane - Pofalići, a njegova izgradnja može se očekivati već naredne godine, rekao je juče Adem Zolj, direktor Direkcije za ceste Kantona Sarajevo.
On tvrdi da će autoput Ciglane - Pofalići biti dio buduće sarajevske zaobilaznice koja treba da bude izgrađena do 2009. godine.
"Gradski autoput Ciglane - Pofalići započet je još 1984. godine, uoči Olimpijade, ali zbog nedostatka novca njegova izgradnja je zaustavljena. Tad su urađeni tuneli na Ciglanama i postavljeni stubovi za cestu prema Pofalićima. Projektna dokumentacija iz tog doba je zastarjela i sad se radi nova", kazao je Zolj.
Istakao je da će autoput ići od Ulice Patriotske lige kroz tunele na Ciglanama preko postojećih stubova u naselju Velešići i iznad željezničke stanice do raskrsnice ulica Humska i Drinska. "Tu bi trebalo da se nastavlja sa sarajevskom zaobilaznicom koja će ići od Briječća do Boljakovog potoka, koju će raditi Ministarstvo prometa i komunikacija FBiH. Autoput Ciglane - Pofalići biće dug 2,5 kilometra", rekao je Zolj.
Kaže da je za cijeli projekat potrebno oko 100 miliona KM i da će se zbog toga gradski autoput raditi u fazama.
"Projekat će biti završen do kraja godine. Sljedeće godine biće predstavljen Vladi Kantona Sarajevo i predložićemo da se projekat radi fazno. Prvo bismo uradili jedan kolovoz sa dvije saobraćajne trake, a poslije bi se radio i drugi kolovoz", naglasio je Zolj.
Napomenuo je da će gradski autoput biti od velike važnosti za Sarajevo , jer će znatno rasteretiti saobraćaj na glavnoj gradskoj saobraćajnici i brže će se i jednostavnije dolaziti do centra grada.

Bjelašnica - I faza
Na osnovu Osnova prostornog plana posebnog područja za potrebe održavanja XIV Zimskih olimpijskih igara Sarajevo 1984.godine (“Službene novine grada Sarajeva”, broj: 26/79) , izrađen je i Odlukom usvojen Regulacioni plan dijela posebnog područja “Bjelašnica” (“Službene novine grada Sarajeva”, broj:11/82).
Na osnovu Regulacionog plana dijela posebnog područja “Bjelašnica” izrađen je Urbanistički projekat “Bjelašnica”- I faza kojim je dataljno razrađen ranije usvojeni Regulacioni plan.
Na osnovu Urbanističkog projekta ‘’Bjelašnica’’ - I faza, izrađen je Plan parcelacije Urbanističkog projekta “Bjelašnica” - I faza
Na 19 parcela predviđena je izgradnja hotela, apartmana, apartman-hotela, pansiona i objekata javnog sadržaja.
U skladu sa Zakonom o građevinskom zemljištu Federacije Bosne i Hercegovine i Odlukama Općine Trnovo proveden je postupak i izvršena dodjela neizgrađenog djelimično uređenog građevinskog zemljišta, i to:
1. Tehel d.o.o. Sarajevo,Hamdije Čemerlića 2., radi izgradnje apartmana, označeno sa k.Č.br. 3008/11 površine 630 m2,
2. OKI d.o.o.Sarajevo, Radenka Abazovića 18., radi izgradnje pansiona, označeno sa k.Č.br. 3008/7 površine 383 m2,
3. OKI d.o.o.Sarajevo,Radenka Abazovića 18., radi izgradnje dva pansiona,označeno sa k.Č.br. 3008/8 površine 896 m2,

Neizgrađeno građevinsko zemljište radi izgradnje objekata budućim investitorim, korisnicima, dodjeljeno je od strane Općinskog vijeća Trnovo na sjednicama održanim dana 19.07.2004. i 09.09.2004.godine.
Predmetna dodjela neizgrađenog građevinskog zemljišta budućim investitorima, korisnicima, radi izgradnje objekata, dodjeljena je u skladu sa propisima i podzakonskim aktima koji regulišu ovu oblast.

Bjelašnica - II faza
Naredni period treba iskoristiti za izradu provedbeno planske dokumentacije Bjelašnica II faza, odnosno stvoriti pretpostavke za realizaciju i II faze. Urađena je maketa na kojoj je prikazana vizija staza i vertikalnog transporta na lokalitetu Bjelašnice i Igmana, koja predstavlja osnov za buduće planiranje i izgradnju staza i vertikalnog transporta sa svim pratećim sadržajima koji su potrebni za funkcionisanje jednog modernog SKI centra.
Aktivnosti za izradu provedbeno planske dokumentacije obuhvataju:
Definisati obuhvat (obuhvat definisan)
Potpisati ugovor za izradu planske dokumentacije sa Zavodom za planiranje razvoja Kantona Sarajevo;
Pripremiti geodetske podloge;
Odluka o utvrđivanju nacrta Urbanističkog projekta ''Bjelašnica'' II faza- odluku priprema Zavod za planiranje razvoja Kantona Sarajevo;
Odluku o utvrđivanju nacrta Urbanističkog projekta ''Bjelašnica'' II faza-nacrt utvr?uje Općinsko vijeće Trnovo;
Javna rasprava o Nacrtu Urbanističkog projekta ''Bjelašnica'' II faza u trajanju od 30 dana sprovodi Zavod za planiranje razvoja Kantona Sarajevo i Općina Trnovo;
Izrada konačnog rješenja Urbanističkog projekta ''Bjelašnica'' II faza-Zavod za planiranje razvoja Kantona Sarajevo;
Odluka o usvajanju konačnog rješenja Urbanističkog projekta ''Bjelašnica'' II faza-usvaja Općinsko vijeće Trnovo;
Odluka o sprovođenju konačnog rješenja Urbanističkog projekta ''Bjelašnica'' II faza-usvaja Općinsko vijeće Trnovo;
Izrada plana parcelacije Urbanističkog projekta ''Bjelašnica'' II faza-plan radi Zavod za planiranje razvoja Kantona Sarajevo;
Izdvajanje šumskog zemljišta i utvrđivanje općeg interesa-Vlada Federacije BiH i Vlada Kantona Sarajevo;
Prenos Plana parcelacije Urbanističkog projekta ''Bjelašnica'' II faza na teren-izvođač po dogovoru ili po tenderu;
Izrada projektne dokumentacije za uređenje građevinskog zemljišta i uređenje građevinskog zemljišta za provođenje Urbanističkog plana ''Bjelašnica'' II faza-Zavod za izgradnju Kantona;
Javni konkurs za dodjelu lokacija-sprovodi Općina Trnovo.

Obnova vratničkih kapija Širokac i Ploča
Restauracija i adaptacija vratničkih kapija Širokac i Ploča u okviru projekta izgradnje Memorijalnog centra Kovači počinje u ponedjeljak, 31. oktobra. U planu je i obnova zida koji spaja dvije kapije. Završetak radova je predviđen za oktobar iduće godine.
Investitor je Fond Kantona Sarajevo za zaštitu i održavanje grobalja šehida i palih boraca. Vrijednost projekta iznosi 580 hiljada KM, a osigurali su ih općine Stari Grad, Novi Grad, Grad Sarajevo i Federacija BiH. Izvodač radova je Klesar d.o.o. Hadžići koji će raditi po projektu arhitekte mr. Nermine Mujezinović.
Vratničke kapije, izgrađene u vrijeme osmanske uprave u BiH, bile su ulaz u nekadašnje Sarajevo, istovremeno i odbrambeni zid od neprijeteljskih napada. Kantonalni zavod za zaštitu kulturno-historijskog i prirodnog naslijeđa Sarajevo nadgledaće radove kako bi izgled kapija ostao vjeran duhu i vremenu u kojem su sagrađene.

Prodaja trgovinske kompanije Magros - Atraktivna lokacija u samom centru Sarajeva na Marin Dvoru
Prema podacima Agencije za privatizaciju Kantona Sarajevo, investitor iz Saudijske Arabije ponudio je 105 miliona KM za investicije, 2 miliona KM za kupnju većinskog paketa dionica, vraćanje dugova kompanije i podmirenje obaveza prema radnicima, te otvaranje novih 184 radnih mjesta
Saudijski konzorcij Al-Shiddi ponudio je 107 miliona KM za preuzimanje sarajevske trgovinske kompanije Magros. Na procesu neposredne pogodbe za prodaju državnog kapitala u Magrosu iza Al-Shiddija plasirale su se kompanije Mellain iz Sarajeva, te grupacije Avaz i Unioninvest, koje žele kupiti državni udjel u kompanijama Magros veletrgovina i Magros export-import, u čijem je vlasništvu atraktivna lokacija u samom centru Sarajeva, na Marin Dvoru, uz zgradu Vijeća ministara BiH, prenose Nezavisne novine. Regulacijskim planom na tom mjestu predviđena je izgradnja velikog poslovno-trgovačkog centra.

Investitori okupljeni iza naziva Avaz nude plasiranje 30 miliona KM u investicije i 2 miliona KM u kupnju većinskog vlasničkog udjela u Magrosu, te otvaranje 30 novih radnih mjesta, dok se obaveze prema radnicima planiraju riješiti dogovorom.
Unioninvest je u konzorciju uz sebe vezao kompanije Unipromet, Dijamant, Prevent, IGM, EGW, ASA Auto i ANS Drive, a nude 2 miliona KM za dionice i 4 miliona KM za investicije, te otvaranje samo šest novih radnih mjesta.
Midhat Sarić, predsjednik komisije koja vodi postupak prodaje Magrosa, nije želio komentirati prispjele ponude jer je proces neposredne nagodbe još uvijek otvoren. Jedino je potvrdio da su pristigle četiri ponude. Cijeli proces mora se završiti u roku od dva mjeseca, a svi ponuđači moraju osigurati bankarske garancije u iznosu od 10 posto vrijednosti ponuđene investicije.

RTX October 29th, 2005, 01:28 AM This is a good news. We all know that Bosnia before war was more advanced than any other former Yugoslav Republic with almost new railway system and Olympic trains. Today things are different. Olympic trains were destroyed in war, and railway system is reconstructed after war. So we must think about connected Sarajevo, Mostar and others our federal cities with outside world with good and fast train.
Well, government of Federation of BiH made huge step in that direction. They plan to buy 9 Talgo title trains which will connects Sarajevo, Tuzla, Mostar, Zenica and etc. with Croatian and EU cities and towns. Great project and I like it.

Da bi projekt za koji je jučer suglasnost dala Vlada FBiH mogao biti ostvaren, predviđeno je zaključenje koncesijskog kreditnog ugovora u iznosu od 67.627.058 eura između kraljevine Španjolske i BiH.
Vlada će Parlamentu FBiH podnijeti na odobrenje prijedlog kreditnog zaduženja u ovom iznosu, računajući da će Željeznice FBiH biti krajnji dužnik.

These pictures are from Bjelasnica olympic mountain, as you can see there is a lot of announced construction works. During the war bjelasnica olympic fascilities were completely destroyed in just one military operation of infamous general mladic.
So this is going to really beautifull when they finish all the works. I hope that they finish it before the winter.

Prihvaćena platforma za izmjenu Ustava
Beriz Belkić, poslanik Stranke za BiH u Predstavničkom domu Parlamentarne skupštine BiH, izjavio je u subotu za Oslobođenje da su na posljednjoj sesiji o ustavnim promjenama koja je održana protekle sedmice u Vašingtonu, u organizaciji američkog Instituta za mir, predstavnici političkih stranaka u BiH prihvatili platformu koja će biti osnova za izmjenu Ustava BIH.
“U platformi se, nažalost, ne spominje teritorijalni preustroj BiH, jer za to još nema saglasnosti političara iz RS”, kazao je Belkić, te dodao da se u platformi, oko koje postoji konsenzus bh. političara, daje više ovlasti državnim institucijama.
Prema njegovim riječima, platforma će služiti za definitivne pregovore lidera političkih stranaka koji će se u novembru održati u Briselu.
“Sadašnja struktura izvršne i zakonodavne vlasti se mora mijenjati, jer kada Evropska unija počne pregovore sa BiH o procesu stabilizacije i pridruživanja, ona traži da država ima ovlasti za neke oblasti, a to u BiH još nije slučaj. Tako se mora uspostaviti ministarstvo poljoprivrede na državnom nivou”, rekao je Belkić. Prema njegovim riječima, platforma predviđa da Predsjedništvo BiH i dalje ima tri člana, ali da mu se smanje ovlasti kako se državni vrh ne bi miješao, recimo, u imenovanje državnih revizora. Konsenzus među bh. političarima postoji i oko promjene načina izbora članova Predsjedništva koji bi se, ovaj put, birali u Predstavničkom domu Parlamenta BiH.
Iako je Stranka za BiH zagovarala da Parlament u BiH bude jednodomni, takav prijedlog nije prihvaćen. Različita su mišljenja, veli Belkić, i u vezi sa Vijećem ministara BiH. Tako su se političari iz FBiH zalagali da BiH konačno dobije pravu vladu, s premijerom na čelu, dok su političari iz RS smatrali kako i dalje treba da imamo Vijeće ministara BiH.
Razgovorima o ustavnim promjenama u BiH, osim predstavnika SDS, HDZ, SDA, prisustvovali su i predstavnici SBiH, SDP, PDP, SNSD i HNZ.

Veliko interesovanje mladih
Za radna mjesta jagmilo se 5.000 mladih
Oko 5.000 nezaposlenih prodefilovalo je u toku četvrtka kroz centar Skenderija tražeći zaposlenje na jednom od 26 štandova na kojima je isto toliko kompanija Kantona Sarajevo tražilo 513 novih radnika. Samo u prvom satu nakon što je otvoren Prvi sajam zapošljavanja u Bosni i Hercegovini oko 2.000 uglavnom mladih osoba sa završenom školom ili fakultetom predalo je svoje biografije i razgovaralo sa budućim poslodavcima.
Najviše ih je posao tražilo na štandu Željeznica BiH, Bosnalijeka, Volkswagena i posebno MBA centra.
Primjetno je da je na upražnjena radna mjesta bio slab odziv građevinskih inženjera, a izuzetno veliko interesovanje pekara.
VF Komerc je na Sajam izašao sa sloganom da ta kompanija već zapošljava 1.200 radnika. U Skenderiji su tražili 20 kvalifikovanih trgovaca i dvojicu ekonomista.
Pažnju je privukao i nastup tvornice Žica. Oni su tražili kadrove sa srednjom stručnom spremom spremne za prekvalifikaciju za zanimanje “žičar”.
Jedini među učesnicima Sajma Bosnalijek se ne zadovoljava samo diplomom nekog od fakulteta iz “njegove struke” već traži i pet magistara nauka.
Kompanije, učesnice Sajma, obradiće biografije prijavljenih kandidata, te na osnovu njih i dojmova koje su ovi ostavili u kratkom razgovoru odabrati potencijalne kandidate za radno mjesto.
Kako se moglo čuti u mimohodu sajamskog prostora, nekima je ponuđeno radno mjesto i van Sarajeva, ali u komentarima nezaposlenih osoba preovladalo je da ih takvi poslovi ne interesuju.
Ovaj sajam - svojevrsna berza rada pokazao je da pokretljivost radne snage ostaje jedna od najvećih prepreka u bržem i većem zapošljavanju u Bosni i Hercegovini.
Indikativan primjer je i tekstilne kompanije Kras. Oni su na Sajmu uz ostalo tražili 30 šivača (uz potrebnu preobuku) i četiri trgovca u maloprodaji. Većina od onih što su u ovoj kompaniji tražili zaposlenje opredijelila se za trgovca.
“Niko neće u proizvodnju”, bio je komentar predstavnice te kompanije.
Kako se čulo na ceremoniji otvaranja Sajma (traje samo jedan dan), u Bosni i Hercegovini trenutno je 517.000 nezaposlenih, a stopa nezaposlenih kreće se između 40 i 45%.
“Ohrabreni smo činjenicom da postoje firme koje shvataju ovaj veliki ekonomski problem BiH i unatoč svemu otvaraju nova radna mjesta”, kazao je Huso Sarić, direktor Agencije za rad i zapošljavanje u BiH u ime organizatora Sajma.
On je zahvalio Kantonu Sarajevo na financijskoj podršci ovom projektu, a u izjavi za Oslobođenje najavio da će slični sajmovi biti održani i u drugim gradovima BiH.
“Ovo je dokaz da našim kompanijama trebaju radnici i to mladi, sa savremenim znanjima i sposobnostima da utiču na razvoj kompanija i kreiraju nove proizvode i usluge”, rekao je direktor Agencije za rad i zapošljavanje.
Prema riječma ministra privrede Kantona Sarajevo Abida Šarića, kompanije, učesnice na Sajmu, daće veliki doprinos smanjenju nezaposlenosti ukoliko što prije popune 513 radnih mjesta, koliko su ih ponudili na ovoj berzi.
Nakon Prvog sajma zapošljavanja u BiH, potpuno je izvjesno da je privredi potrebna nova radna snaga i da su nezaposleni spremni prihvatiti svaki izazov u kojem bi pokušali doći do radnog mjesta.
Tragom statistike
U Kantonu Sarajevo evidentirano je 66.788 nezaposlenih osoba, što čini 19,32 posto te populacije u Federaciji BiH. Po broju nezaposlenih ispred Sarajeva su Tuzlanski kanton (84.106 osoba ili 24,33 %) i Zeničko-dobojski sa 66.815 osoba, onih što traže posao ili 19,33 od ukupnog broja nezaposlenih u FBiH.
U kvalifikacionoj strukturi nezaposlenih u FBiH je 5.919 sa visokom školskom spremom, sa VSŠ 4.804, a najviše sa srednjom 77.512 i iznad svih kvalifikovani - 128.240 ili 37,10 posto.
Ako je suditi po potražnji na sarajevskom sajmu zapošljavanja, posao bi trebalo najbrže da dobijaju visokostručni kadrovi (inženjeri elektrotehnike, građevine, mašinstva, ekonomisti), te klasični majstori (bravari, tokari, krojači i trgovci).

Izgled budućeg stambeno-poslovnog objekta
Dozvola za rušenje ”Sarajke” u ponedjeljak
Uklanjanje građevinskog objekta nekadašnje robne kuće Sarajka, koji već godinama predstavlja ruglo središnjeg dijela grada, napokon bi trebalo početi, doznajemo iz BBI banke.
BBI Leasing & Real Estare koji vodi poslove Bosna Bank International podnio je nedavno Ministarstvu prostornog uređenja i zaštite okoliša Kantona Sarajevo zahtjev za izdavanje dozvole za rušenje, odnosno odobrenja za uklanjanje građevine bivše robne kuće.
Nadležni ministar Zlatko Petrović potvrdio je Oslobođenju da će odobrenje za rušenje devastiranog objekta, te urbanističku i građevinsku saglasnost za izgradnju novog modernog stambeno-poslovnog objekta BBI, centra ovoj kompaniji izdati u ponedjeljak.
“Čim nadležno ministarstvo završi postupak oko izdavanja dozvole, BBI Lesaing & Estate pristupiće rušenju”, kazao je direktor banke Said Muhamed.
Sudeći po tome, ni izgradnja modernog stambeno-poslovnog objekta neće dugo čekati.
Podsjećamo, planirano je da se na prostoru od 54.000 kvadratnih metara površine izgradi pet nadzemnih i četiri podzemne etaže.
U prvom podzemnom nivou trebao bi se nalaziti supermarket, te servis cijelog centra, a na tri dalja podzemna nivoa parking sa tri ulaza i izlaza za 660 vozila. U prizemlju objekta bi trebali biti smješteni uslužni i ugostiteljski sadržaji. Predviđeno je da na prvom i drugom spratu budu smješteni trgovačko-uslužni sadržaji.
Za provedbu projekta bit će uloženo oko 40 miliona eura.

You can say that they had some troubles with it; the project was bigger (m2) then the site where it was to be built. It would have closed two of the side streets and then some.

Kind of typical for certain projects (let’s steal some more gov. property :devil: ) proposed a few years back. Some others are:
- Saudi sheik that wanted to buy - Jajce Kasarna – knock it down and build a new luxury hotel. Sounds good just that Jajce Kasarna is a cultural monument :wallbash: which should be preserved not demolished (the hotel could easily be built on destroyed section of Marjan Dvor – then again someone has blocked all development there). This was one of the reasons that a moratorium was placed on the Fed military property sales.
- Or another absurd attempt was by MBI development (Vrtovi Riverina) this summer which they placed in the media – they claimed that in order to build Vrtovi Riverina the Sarajevo airport would have to moved to Visoko because off development limitations in the landing zone :sly: . Problem is the airport has been there for 40 yrs (or they did not notice it when they made the project :dunno: ) and the limitation that could be a problem is the height of the construction (in the rest of the world you lower the height of the building :bash: ). Well for those of you who are not familiar with the area:
1. There are already buildings under the landing zone and they are within the limitation.
2. The tallest building (six floors) of Vrtovi Riverina is already built 2.5 km away and it is definitely in no way a problem but don’t confuse them with the facts.
3. Visoko airport (in another Canton) is a project controlled by a group of shady businessmen who are milking $ the community of Visoko 10 yrs for airport that does not exist.
4. Boils down to sales are bad because the airport has finally started working more. :weird:
Sorry just my little rant. :rant: But all these have something in common and that’s BBI (Bosnian Bank Int. - aka Mr. Cengic :evil: ) go figure.
I could go on but it would just waste time I don’t have and could take several hours(days) to list all. This is kind of a reason that I am not really excited by some of these projects.

If you want to buy apartment in Villa Levanda you are able to buy that. Price is from I think 1600 BHKM until 1000 BHKM per m2. Apartments are constructed but all must construct according to the standards.
BBI Center investment is big 40 million EUR and even cities like London and Paris will not drope projects and investment big like this one just like that. Sarajevo together with Zagreb are only town in region with investments for one object bigger than 20 million EUR so of course that they must try all to not stop realisation of this project. Of course city council must have standards for construction so even when people come with 100 million EUR investment they must construct according to those standards. For start it will be good that object must be maximum size 1/4 of the owned land. That law will achive fantastic results.

What are you responding to (did you read what I wrote or you don’t understand)??? I responded to the reason why BBI had problems to start with (they had to review the plans on several occasion), why don't you ready the news articles of a few years ago? Politics that I am talking about has nothing to do with nationalism, but everything to with construction. The reason certain projects get approved (done) or delayed has everything to do with politics and what is in the interest of which politician.
Villa Levanda is already built (the first phase was suppose to be finished by now according to the original web page http://www.mbidevelopment.com/en/index.html ), is what I wrote, which is exactly the point that MBI has no grounds to claim that the airport has to move because its delaying their project!!! They have tried to sell the unit’s since 2003 and still they have not sold-out 31 units (in the first building) having to try a new sales tactic (rent to buy on 10.08.2005) and sale price, nice to see in an upscale development. Needless to say they have a new problem, the access road (from the western approach) which they built has not been fully approved by the Canton :bash: . But that is for another time.

Does anyone know when the Bjelasnica construction project is going to finish?Not soon becuase they have up a lot to do. I phase apartments, hotels, motels, swiming pool, tenis comlex and even I heard golf teren for summer, than II phase everything for ski center, than I THINK connection with Igman mountain and further Hrasnica via cablerailway so really they have a lot to do not to mention business plan for that area which is under construction how I was understand. They will not construct those two phases separetly but together.

DNEVNI AVAZ - Mogu li vlasnik buvlje pijace i fantomska firma izgraditi veleljepni centar Sarajeva?
Pretpostavka hrvatske štampe je da "Al Shiddi" vjerovatno ne predstavlja saudijski biznis, nego da njegovi stvarni vlasnici sjede u Sarajevu i stavljaju u opticaj svoj donatorski novac iz rata
Vlada Sarajevskog kantona, odnosno njena Agencija za privatizaciju, za pobjednika na tenderu za prodaju većinskog paketa dionica "Magros Veletrgovine" i "Magros Export Importa" proglasila je ortačku grupu "Al Shiddi Trading Est" iz Rijada i "Al Shiddi International" d.o.o. Zenica.
Time su ugašene iluzije upućenijih koji su očekivali da će organi Vlade Denisa Zvizdića imati sluha i osjećaja u vezi s vrednovanjem ponuda na osnovu kojih je birana kompanija koja bi u naredne tri godine na sarajevskom Marindvoru trebala izgraditi reprezentativno zdanje, što bi u budućnosti trebalo postati internacionalna lična karta ne samo glavnog grada, nego cijele BiH.
Patković i Zambaković
Agencija je, naime, odredila da će firma "Al Shiddi" čiji kapital ne premašuje 6.000 dolara, bez ikakvih investicijskih referenci u BiH i apsolutno sumnjivih izvan nje, bez ikakvog obrta u ovoj državi, za koju se ne zna da li uopće ima ijednog zaposlenika, ovaj posao uraditi najbolje. Tu firmu u BiH predstavljaju, kako tvrdi zagrebački "Večernji list", Šerif Patković, jedan od ratnih komandanata 7. muslimanske brigade ARBiH, te Nisvet Zambaković, vlasnik buvlje pijace u Zavidovićima. Mogu li, zaista, čovjek čija je osnovna djelatnost buvlja pijaca i fantomska firma mizernog kapitala, smještena u jednoj sobi zeničkog hotela "Metalurg", izgraditi veleljepni kompleks u centru Sarajeva? A, "procijenili" su da im za izgradnju oko 30.000 kvadratnih metara marindvorskog zdanja treba 116 miliona KM, koliko su i ponudili.
S druge strane, bh. konzorcij, koji čine "Unioninvest", "Unipromet", "ANS Drive", "Dijamant" i EGW, lako provjerljive domaće, ali i reference na međunarodnoj sceni, dobro poznate ovdašnjoj javnosti, ponudio je 104 miliona KM.
I "Avaz", kao nosilac izgradnje dvije, po općem ubjeđenju, najljepše zgrade u Sarajevu, ponudio je 107 miliona KM, ali uz uvjet da se gradi najmanje 50.000, umjesto 30.000 kvadratnih metara predviđenih sadašnjim urbanističkim planom. Sarajevski građevinski stručnjaci, naime, cijene da je na izgradnju 30.000 kvadratnih metara nemoguće utrošiti ponuđeni iznos.
Inače, sva četiri ponuđača ponudila su slične uloge u oba "Magrosa", tako da su ponuđena investicija i referenca, oficijelno, bile ključni faktori za određivanje pobjednika.
A, upravo na urbanističkom planu vidi se organizacija mreže dodjeljivanja posla "Al Shiddiju". Prema pouzdanim informacijama našeg lista, gradonačelnica Sarajeva Semiha Borovac bi, nakon što "Al Shiddi" dobije posao, sama trebala izvršiti korekciju urbanističkog plana. Tako bi gabariti na Marindvoru predviđenog objekta sa 12 porasli na 18 spratova, a cijeli bi se kompleks pomjerio za 50 metara prema zgradi bh. institucija, kako bi "Al Shiddi" dobio čiste imovinskopravne odnose.
Protekcionaške korekcije
Takvo što, izgleda, nije predviđeno za ostale ponuđače i pokazuje snagu lobija, koji već deset godina ne dozvoljava izgradnju strogog centra Sarajeva. Time je bh. prijestonica postala jedinom u historiji svjetskog ratovanja koja ni nakon deset godina mira nije u stanju obnoviti svoju jezgru.
Također, saznajemo, za "Al Shiddi" je predviđena mogućnost da se Agenciji za privatizaciju naknadno obrati zahtjevom za korekciju investicijskog plana sa cifrom od oko 116 miliona KM, zahvaljujući kojoj je i proglašen pobjednikom tendera.
Pretpostavka hrvatskih medija je da "Al Shiddi" uopće ne predstavlja saudijski biznis, nego da njegovi stvarni vlasnici sjede u Sarajevu i BiH i da putem te fantomske firme (ne)vješto peru donatorski novac iz rata.
F. ČARDŽIĆ
Vrlo loše političke poruke
I zagrebački "Importane", vrhunskih referenci u oblasti nekretnina, prošle godine je za projekat na Marindvoru ponudio investiciju od oko 120 miliona KM. Njihova ponuda je odbačena. Tada su i počele špekulacije da se posao na ekskluzivnom prostoru čuva za bošnjački kapital, što je hrvatska štampa poodavno publicirala.
Takve špekulacije sada su se pokazale netačnim, jer posao nije dodijeljen domaćim kompanijama nego "Al Shiddiju".
Poznato je da se investicija u "Bosmal" doživljava kao strogo muslimanska, bivšu robnu kuću "Sarajka" također je uzela islamska banka BBI, 30 posto hotela "Bristol" kupljeno je iz sličnih izvora, pa se stječe utisak da se u centar Sarajeva ubrizgava muslimanski novac. Najgora je stvar da sve ove investicije nisu završene ili čak ni započete, čime se šalje vrlo loša poruka Evropi i Zapadu, o čemu, također, uveliko izvještavaju mediji u susjednoj Hrvatskoj.
Za Polića bezvrijedno, za KAP KS najvrednije
U Zenici bez referenci, u Sarajevu pobjednici
Vlada Zeničko-dobojskog kantona na čelu s Nedžadom Polićem na tenderu za izgradnju kompleksa na Kamberovića polju u Zenici ponudu firme "Al Shiddi", prije samo pola godine, u dijelu ocjene referentnosti rangirala je sa nula bodova. U Zenici je "Al Shiddi", također, ponudio više od 100 miliona, a domaća kompanija "Džananović" 20 miliona KM.
Iako mlad, poslovno, očito već iskusni Polić posao je dodijelio domaćoj kompaniji, jer su sve informacije govorile da je "Al Shiddi" bez referenci za bilo kakav ozbiljan biznis.
Šta je sve sporno u zvaničnoj odluci
Referenca priznata i firmi s Interpolove potjernice
Tenderom se, pod tačkom 4., insistiralo na poslovnom ugledu, odnosno referencama ponuđača. Kao što je poznato, referenca podrazumijeva da je svaka kompanija koja želi graditi centar prijestonice u posljednjih četiri-pet godina poslovanja imala višemilionske profite, još veće obrte i da zapošljava više stotina ljudi. Međutim, Agencija za privatizaciju KS zaključila je da ih sva četiri ponuđača ispunjavaju, ali je zanimljivo da reference uopće nisu bodovane za stolom, za kojim bi svi ponuđači međusobno mogli postavljati pitanja - kao, recimo,ono o broju zaposlenih u firmi "Al Shiddi" (koja praktično i nema dokaza o uspješnom poslovanju i obrtu u BiH, te o svom broju trenutno zaposlenih - pitanje je da li ima dva zaposlena,a obećala je zapošljavanje skoro 200 novih radnika!?). Uz to, i"Mellain" ima samo nekoliko zaposlenih, te jedino punu referencu mogu imati "Avaz" i bh. konzorcij.
Ipak, KAP je ocijenila da je i najslabije rangirani ponuđač "Mellain" dovoljno referentan za ovaj posao?! A kakve reference uopće može imati firma za čijim je vlasnikom Nersudinom Salihovićem raspisana međunarodna Interpolova potjernica?
Naime, Interpol Rusije je zbog višemilionskog pranja novca obznanio međunarodnu potjernicu, a vlasnik "Mellaina" u Beogradu je bio uhapšen. Dok se čekalo njegovo izručenje Rusiji, on je pobjegao iz tamošnjeg zatvora.
Kako je moguće da državni činovnici u KAP KS i za ovu firmu tvrde da ima dovoljan poslovni ugled i šta je razlog za takvu njihovu odluku, koju su i potpisali? I da li nakon svega ima prostora za reakciju nadležnog tužilaštva?
Kantonalna agencija za privatizaciju odlučila
Kompleks na Marindvoru dobila fantom-firma
Prema sudskom dokumentu iz Saudijske Arabije, firma "Al Shiddi Trading", registrirana kao trgovačka, u vlasništvu je Abdullaha Mohameda Abdul Muhsina Al Shiddija. U registraciji se kao djelatnost "Al Shiddija" navode trgovina naveliko i namalo građevinskim materijalom, sanitarnom i elektroopremom, kao i trgovina stokom i stočnom hranom. Kapital firme precizno se naznačava na samo 25.000 rijala, što je nešto više od 6.000 dolara.

SARAJEVO - Prodaja se najatraktivnijeg poslovnog prostora u Sarajevu saudijskoj kompaniji upitnih kvalifikacija i političko-poslovnih veza, koju je Večernji list najavio još prije dva mjeseca, upravo ostvaruje. Uzimajući u obzir čudne kriterije, Agencija za privatizaciju Kantona Sarajevo odabrala je tvrtku Shiddi Traiding kao najboljeg partnera na tenderu za prodaju uništena poslovnoga kompleksa Magros u sarajevskom naselju Marijin dvor.
Agencija za privatizaciju ocjenjivala je isključivo svotu ukupne investicije, dok su svi drugi parametri, uključujući i ugled ponuđača, potpuno zanemareni. U skladu s tim Shiddi Traiding s ponuđenom je investicijom u vrijednosti od 114 milijuna maraka, najbolje je rangirana tvrtka. Činjenice da ova kompanija nije dala bankovna jamstva za obećanu investiciju te da je riječ o poduzeću sa samo dva zaposlenika i jednim iznajmljenim uredom u Zenici, za Agenciju očito nisu bile relevantne. Mjerodavne sarajevske vlasti svjesno prešućuju i podatak kako je saudijska tvrtka u opisu djelatnosti navela trgovinu sanitarnom opremom, stokom i stočnom hranom te da je službeno prijavljeni kapital matične tvrtke u Rijadu samo 6000 dolara.
Riječ je o krajnje mutnom privatizacijskom aranžmanu s primjesama politike, a o tomu svjedoči podatak kako je na prvom tenderu prošle godine, glatko odbijena ponuda hrvatsko-kanadskog biznismena Cirila Zovka i njegove kompanije Importanne. Za poslovni kompleks Magros nudili 120 milijuna maraka, a ukupna se ponuda procjenjivala na otprilike 150 milijuna KM. Ta ponuda obuhvaćala je gradnju modernog poslovno-trgovačkog centra, podzemne garaže, koncertne dvorane, višenamjenske kinodvorane, hotela s pet zvjezdica, gradskog trga, fontane i uređene zelene površine. Importanne se obvezao i na otplatu dugova poduzeća Magros i zbrinjavanje njegovih radnika. Realizacija Importanneove ponude otvorila bi 3000 stalnih radnih mjesta, a županijski proračun bio bi bogatiji za 30 milijuna KM na godinu. Importanne, čije su poslovne reference neupitne, odbijen je samo zato što nije ponudio bankovna jamstva. Za saudijsku tvrtku taj uvjet očito nije bio bitan, kao ni to da će županijski proračun ostati uskraćen za najmanje šest milijuna maraka. Toliko, čini se, u Sarajevu više vrijedi saudijski od hrvatskoga kapitala.
Dodatno iznenađuje prednost koju su sarajevske privatizacijske vlasti dale saudijskoj u odnosu na bosanskohercegovačke tvrtke. Na ponovljeni tender ponude su poslale i domaće poslovne grupacije Avaz i Bh. konzorcij. Avazova investicijska ponuda bila je 107 milijuna maraka, ali i značajne reference, kao što je temeljni kapital od 100 milijuna KM i 600 stalnih zaposlenika. Slično je i s Bh. konzorcijem. Ta skupina domaćih tvrtki, koje imaju 1500 zaposlenih, ponudila je 104 milijuna KM. No prednost su imali saudijski trgovci stokom s dvojicom zaposlenika.
Razloge treba tražiti u političkim vezama, koje Saudijci imaju u domaćim strukturama vlasti. Ilustrativno je da Shiddi Traiding u BiH zastupa Šerif Patković, ratni zapovjednik Sedme muslimanske brigade Armije BiH, koja je bila poznata po masovnom novačenju mudžahedina iz arapskih zemalja. Neslužbene informacije govore kako se iza Patkovića i same kompanije zapravo kriju neki od najutjecajnijih ljudi iz vrha SDA pa i Bakira Izetbegovića.I saw Immportane Center in Zagreb and I cannot belive that Sarajevo refused them? Bosnian officialls need to stop letting other countries interfere with our projects and companies. What it seems like they're doing is being generous and trying to help a war-torn country off its feat, but what it's really doing is building and owning the companies so they make the money. In return, it's like Bosnia got robbed.
So many domestic businesses are being bought off by foriegn companies, there's nothing that can come out of it. Yeah, the company owners are making the money, but for what? What in return will help the people of Bosnia? Nothing!
I'm totally against the buying or selling of our companies or projects. They need to be OURS.

This street was reconstructed I think until now. Alpha Baumanagement Finds Greenbacks For Yellow Hotel Return to Headlines
Austria's Alpha Baumanagement is the new owner of the Holiday Inn Sarajevo after the authorities in the capital of Bosnia-Herzegovina accepted a cheque for a reported US$26.3 million. The 338-room hotel, which went on the market this summer, will find its distinctive yellow walls facing out onto a convention centre complex that the Austrian company wants to build at an estimated cost of US$70 million. The complex will be named the Grand Media Hotel and Convention Center Sarajevo.
Cantonal Privatisation Agency and Austrian company Alpha Baumanagement signed the Contract on Sale and Purchase of the Sarajevo hotel Holiday Inn
The official ceremony of signing the Contract on Sale and Purchase by the Cantonal Privatisation Agency and the company Alpha Baumanagement from Villach, Austria was held on Monday, 10 November 2003, with the beginning at 2 p.m., in Sarajevo. The signing of this Contract marked officialy the result of the tender on sale of the Holiday Inn hotel. The aforementioned Austrian company was the only bidder and consequently the winner of the tender. The company Alpha Baumanagement is in this project supported by Hypo–Alpe-Adria Holding, which is represented in Bosnia and Herzegovina by Hypo-Alpe-Adria-Consultants Sarajevo.
The Holiday Inn hotel was sold for KM 44.5 mil.
The company Alpha Baumanagement represented after the signing ceremony its project ''Hotel Grand Media'' Ljubljana. The most modern world standards from the catering field are being applied in the construction of this hotel. The similar standards should be applied for the future project of Holiday Inn hotel. Alpha Baumanagement plans to enlarge the existing accommodation and catering capacities for additional 35 000 m2. The project of capacities enlargement and improvement envisages also the construction of 22-floor tower, including two presidential floors, business suite, de luxe suites, wellness and fitness centre (swimming-pools, saunas etc.) with Western standards applied, gastronomic market zone and a large above-ground garage with the capacity of 700 vehicles. U sarajevskom hotelu Holiday Inn u ponedjeljak, 10. novembra, potpisan je ugovor kojim se ovaj hotel prodaje za nevjerovatnih 44,5 miliona maraka. Nevjerovatnih, jer je ovo dosad najuspješnija realizirana privatizacija u BiH, pogotovo ako se zna da je bio pokušaj da se Holiday Inn proda za svega četiri miliona maraka.
Kupac hotela je austrijski Alpha Baumanagement, koji se obavezao da će u hotelu zadržati sve osoblje, uložiti u sam hotel milion maraka, a zatim proširiti kapacitete gradnjom novih objekata, u koje će dodatno uložiti 120 miliona maraka. Predstavnici Alphe su obećali i dovođenje poslovnih partnera iz Austrije, Njemačke, Italije…
Novi projekat Alpha Baumanagement planira zajedno sa svojim partnerima: Siemensom, Deutsche Telekomom, Intelom, Sonyjem i Ciscom, a radi se o gradnji kompleksa pod nazivom Grand Media Hotel & Convention Center Sarajevo. Sa realizacijom će se krenuti odmah po dobijanju svih potrebnih dozvola, s tim da je najavljeno da će gradnja trajati najviše dvije godine. Sadašnji kapaciteti Holiday Inna (15.000 mjesta) povećat će se za dodatnih 35.000, na površini od 85.000 kvadratnih metara oko hotela bit će izgrađen toranj od 22 sprata, 17.500 kvadratnih metara predviđeno je za parking, a kompleks će imati najkvalitetniji komunikacijski centar. Tako će, obećavaju kupci, radno mjesto dobiti još između 800 i hiljadu radnika.
"Da bi se dostigla prodajna cijena kakvu Holiday Inn zaslužuje, valjalo je prekinuti višegodišnje porazne trendove poslovanja, kako bi njegovom prodajom država ostvarila maksimalne efekte", kaže Senadin Fetahagić, direktor hotela. O uspjesima menadžmenta, koji su nesumnjivo bili ključni za ovako uspješnu prodaju, govorio je i Gerhard Kaspar, predstavnik Alpha Baumanagementa, koji im se zahvalio na svemu. Usput, njihovi predstavnici su mjesecima "češljali" sve poslovne knjige hotela i provjeravali kako on funkcionira. I najmanja greška u radu menadžmenta mogla je dovesti u pitanje kompletnu prodaju, ili bi, u najboljem slučaju, nakon prodaje prvi ljudi hotela ostali bez posla. Ovako, kako je sve bilo u redu, Alpha Baumanagement zadržao je aktuelno rukovodstvo Holiday Inna.
Inače, jedan od planova je da novi kompleks koji će se graditi oko Holiday Inna, kao i sam hotel postanu novi centar Sarajeva, što podrazumijeva da hotel uvijek mora biti - pun. A o kako ozbiljnom kupcu se radi, može posvjedočiti i podatak da su kapaciteti hotela koji je Alpha Baumanagement prošle godine otvorio u Sloveniji - rasprodati za godinu dana unaprijed. (Dž.K.D.)

I can't believe that you form conclusion from one bad picture which was taken while construction works were taking place. Of course that it looks too wide. There are three lanes on that street and believe me that pedestrian sidewalk is to narrow espeacialy in summer when you have to push through people to walk. There is just enough place on that street but it looks crowded because of the works taking place in upper parts of the street.
Visit Sarajevo sometimes, Titova street is beautifull and believe me wide enough.

The street is wide enough. It seems like there is a lot of traffic problems when half the road is being reconstructed, but in reality the cars rarely get stuck. In my honest opinion, the pedestrian street should be wider. During the summer, when all of the young people are out strolling the cities or going to parties, the sidewalk is totally crammed full of people. You literally need to look before you even take a step sometimes. Most of the city is alive like that during the night.

That's amazing, this new airport is really gonna be huge. They also have said that there will be direct flights from USA to Sarajevo, since the airport will support all types of aircraft. Amazing..Hopefully in a couple of years we should see project pictures.

Visoko is like right near Sarajevo. The airport is an awesome idea and I can't wait until construction starts. As you can see its on a n open forest field, which will give the area a nice whole modern look and a natural look from the airplane. Also its a huge investment and this airport sure will be MUCH MUCH bigger then the Sarajevo airport.

Moj je prijedlog glavešinama i kod vas i kod nas da se dogovore da se kroz Neum jednostavno omogući prolaz bez zaustavljanja za one koji su u prolazu prema jugu Dubrovačko-neratvanske županije i to ovako:
autocesta da bude svojevrsna "ničija zemlja" tj. zajednička, a na svakom izlazu s autoceste da ujedno bude i carina tj granični prijelaz, a BiH da naplaćuje cestarinu kao što bi i inače naplaćivala ali samo na izlazima s ceste a s RH da dogovore naknadu za sve one koji samo prolaze povrh Neuma! Da se to izračunati.
Mislim da bi to bilo dobro rješenje, a nama u RH bi ostala ta silna lova koja će biti ulupana u most. Bolje da ulažemo u željeznice i požurimo s već početim cestovnim projektima! Kasnije bi se dalo razmišljati o kakvom mostu dovoljno visokom da propusti i najviši brod ili čak o tunelu pod morem.
Nadam se da ima netko tko se slaže s ovim mojim razmišljanjem :)

Nisam dugo posjetio Sarajevo update, stvarno ima dosta impresivnih projekata! Ovi silni neboderi stvarno će promjeniti sliku grada. Izgledat će poput Salt Lake Cityja, usred planina uzdiže se mighty skyline :)

Moj je prijedlog glavešinama i kod vas i kod nas da se dogovore da se kroz Neum jednostavno omogući prolaz bez zaustavljanja za one koji su u prolazu prema jugu Dubrovačko-neratvanske županije i to ovako:
autocesta da bude svojevrsna "ničija zemlja" tj. zajednička, a na svakom izlazu s autoceste da ujedno bude i carina tj granični prijelaz, a BiH da naplaćuje cestarinu kao što bi i inače naplaćivala ali samo na izlazima s ceste a s RH da dogovore naknadu za sve one koji samo prolaze povrh Neuma! Da se to izračunati.

Koordinator pregovora o promjenama Ustava Bosne i Hercegovine Donald Hejz (Donald Hays), vođenih u organizaciji Instituta za mir SAD (USIP), najavljuje da će u drugoj fazi pregovora o promjeni Ustava, koja će uslijediti nakon izbora, biti riječi i o strukturalnom uređenju naše zemlje.
U intervjuu „Dnevnom avazu", datom dan nakon što su čelnici osam političkih stranaka u Vašingtonu potpisali sporazum o prvoj fazi promjene Ustava BiH, Hejz kaže kako je svima jasno da će se na ovom pitanju raditi u etapama i da velike promjene ustavnog uređenja BiH tek slijede.
Izuzetan iskorak
Koliko ste zadovoljni onim što je do sada urađeno?
- Ovo je izuzetan iskorak. Ne znam da li smo u BiH do sada imali ovako nešto, međunarodna zajednica je asistirala, dok su domaći političari sjedili i pregovarali o promjenama Ustava, ali i brojnih zakona. Već 5. decembra smo u Sarajevu Brus Hičner (Bruce Hitchner), Pol Vilijams (Paul Williams) i ja sa saradnicima kako bismo počeli rad na izradi amandmana. Očekujem da se u januaru amandmani upute u parlamentarnu proceduru kako bi bili usvojeni do kraja maja, azemlja krenula u izborni proces.
Šta će pisati u amandmanima?
- Bit će četiri grupe. U oblasti ljudskih prava postoji potpuna saglasnost. Svaki građanin, prema određenoj proceduri, imat će pravo žalbe Ustavnom sudu BiH. To do sada nije bio slučaj. Također, bit će precizno definirano šta su grupna, pojedinačna i manjinska prava.
Ojačat će se vlada, kako u ovlastima, tako i poziciji premijera i broju ministarstava. Kada je vani, premijer će biti premijer, a u BiH ćemo ga zvati predsjednik Vijeća ministara. Imat će pravo izabrati, ali i smijeniti do trećinu ministara. U vladi će se odlučivati prostom većinom glasova.
Postoji i generalna saglasnost da BiH dobije ovlasti kako bi mogla odgovoriti zahtjevima procesa stabilizacije i pridruživanja.
Šta je s parlamentima?
- Prvo, postoji dogovor da se za barem onoliki procenat povećanja broja poslanika u državnom, smanji broj poslanika u entitetskim parlamentima. Ne možemo dopustiti da se povećavaju troškovi vršenja vlasti. Mora biti suprotno.
Koliki će broj poslanika biti i kako će se oni, posebno kada je u pitanju Dom naroda, birati, još nije definirano i to nam prestoji da riješimo. U domovima naroda morat će biti zastupljeni i predstavnici manjina.
Još nismo došli do načina glasanja u Predstavničkom domu Parlamenta BiH i pitanja o tome da li će postojati entitetsko glasanje ili ne. No, i o tome će se razgovarati.
Šta je sa Predsjedništvom BiH?
- Postoji opća saglasnost o tome da ta institucija mora doživjeti velike promjene, da se neke odluke moraju prepustiti vladi, poput budžeta. Kada je kompozicija u pitanju, nije definirano da li će to tijelo imati predsjednika i dvojicu potpredsjednika ili predsjednika države. Ne znam šta će biti konačno rješenje i o njemu ćemo razgovarati već u decembru.
Drugi dio nakon izbora
Šta je sa dosadašnjim promjenama koje nisu ušle u Ustav BiH, poput indirektnog oporezivanja, odbrane, obavještajne službe...
- Ustav SAD dopunjavan je u više navrata. No, postoji niz ovlasti državne vlasti koje nisu ugrađene u naš ustav i nijedan od naših entiteta nije ih dovodio u pitanje. To je, u suštini, isto i u BiH.
Nema šanse da se te ovlasti povuku s državnog nivoa na entitetske. To je prosto i zato što slijede procesi približavanja NATO-u i EU i te ovlasti i institucije su nešto što je zahtjev za integrativne procese. To niko neće dopustiti.
Ipak, postoji bojazan među bošnjačkim i hrvatskim strankama da bi se te ovlasti ipak mogle povući. Kako ih riješiti?
- Politički lideri saglasni su da su promjene ustava etapni proces. Sada se rješava jedan set pitanja, a nakon izbora počinje drugi dio procesa. On će biti detaljniji i duže će trajati, a pozabavit će se pitanjima entiteta, kantona, općina. Kada su entiteti u pitanju, bit će razmatrane funkcije i funkcionalnost entiteta.
Sada nam je u izuzetnom interesu da izgradimo jaku i funkcionalnu državu.
Odgovor na kritike
- Moja uloga primarno bila je da pomognem da se dođe do konsenzusa, a ne da iznudim rješenja. Neki su željeli da se ponašam robusnije i namećem rješenja. Ne odnosi se to samo na Bošnjake, već i na druge.
Moj posao, kako ga vidimo vlada SAD, USIP i ja jeste da osiguram konsenzus i da se ono što se dogovori pretoči u odgovarajuća rješenja. Ne mogu nametati rješenja. Jedino što mogu jeste osigurati ili pomoći da se ispune neki standardi koje je postavila EU posredstvom Venecijanske komisije.
Ne mogu, naprimjer, reći da sam za ukidanje entiteta ili da sve ovlasti trebaju ići na državni nivo ili da mora postojati jednodomni parlament. Čak i kad bih to mogao, to ne bi bilo bosansko rješenje.
BiH treba rješenja koja imaju najveću moguću potporu političkih aktera koja će biti poštivana bez obzira na to ko je na vlasti.
Da li se moglo postići više
- Svjestan sam da postoje priče da se moglo uraditi više. Mi smo se fokusirali da izvučemo maksimum u ovom trenutku kako bi se, nakon izbora, mogla formirati vlada na potpuno drugačijim osnovama. Time će se vladi omogućiti da na adekvatan način rješava zahtjeve koji se pred BiH postavljaju na njenom euroatlantskom putu.
U narednoj fazi, koja mora početi i koju će također podržavati i pratiti vlada SAD, morat će se pozabaviti fundamentalnijim pitanjima - općinama, kantonima, entitetima. Te se strukture moraju racionalizirati i biti od koristi svim građanima BiH.

Tradicionalna vožnja tramvajem s konjskom vučom od Marindvora kroz grad jedan je od niza sadržaja kojim je juče obilježeno 120 godina postojanja Kantonalnog javnog komunalnog preduzeća GRAS.
Ibrahim Jusufranić, direktor preduzeća, je najavio da će do 2010. godine gradski prevoz biti bogatiji za 37 savremenih tramvaja.
"U idućoj godini u našoj radionici će biti sastavljeno deset najsavremenijih tramvaja, a 2007. godine još pet takvih, dok ćemo ih do 2010. godine imati 37. Takođe će biti 'osvježen' i autobuski saobraćaj. Ovo je prilika da promovišemo i nedavno rekonstruisanu tramvajsku prugu na Marindvoru, koja je bila u potpunosti dotrajala. Sada će se za njeno održavanje izdvajati duplo manje sredstava, a tramvaji prolaskom ne stvaraju buku", kazao je Jusufranić.
Podsjeća da je prvi tramvaj kroz Sarajevo prošao davne 1885. godine, a bio je na konjsku vuču.
"Na struju je počeo s radom deset godina kasnije, tačnije 1895. godine. Ponosni smo što sada imamo uspostavljene 102 gradske i prigradske linije, a pred rat ih je bilo 78. Sigurno je da ćemo se i u budućnosti razvijati i da će građani biti zadovoljni našim uslugama", kazao je Jusufranić.

Savjetnik američkog Kongresa Jozef Bodanski izjavio je na Međunarodnoj konferenciji o terorizmu u Beogradu kako teroristička mreža Al Quaida posjeduje plan "Ballan 2020" koji se sastoji od dviju faza, a posebno se odnosi se na Sandžak, Kosovo, BiH i Hrvatsku. Obraćajući se sudionicima Međunarodne konferencije o terorizmu, Bodanski je rekao kako je taj plan napravljen u skladu s ulogom "Balkana kao jednog od centara za širenje islamskog terorizma na zapadnu Europu".
Naveo je kako će se moći ostvariti pružanjem podrške teroristima, koja se sastoji od obuke aktivista, davanja pomoći humanitarnim organizacijama i pružanju socijalne pomoći stanovnicima kako bi se pridobili za gradnju velikog muslimanskog centra na Balkanu kako bi se regrutirali i poslali obučeni teroristi u Europu.
- To je naročito izraženo u BiH, rekao je Bodanski. Govoreći o terorizmu u Europi, Bodanski je naglasio kako se u zapadnoj Europi stvaraju ćelije terorističkih organizacija, dok su korijeni svih tih ćelija na Balkanu. Dvodnevnu konferenciju "Balkan kao zapadna vrata za teroriste i nove antiterorističke tehnologije" organizirao je beogradski Centar za proučavanje terorizma.

Its a Bosnian Company, they are also working on The Vrtovi Riverine, they rinished making a building like a mid rise, I posted a picture of it once (during construction phase), they worked on the Bosmal. Its a huge company!

I will ask my uncle if they have a web site, he said they do and they have a lot of construction pictures and completed projects. I think its gonna start in the summer, I am 120% sure its going to be completed, I was in Sarajevo this summer and my uncle told me about the projects gradur doo is doing and they completed all of them. Btw they also worked on Avaz :).

A to plavo je isto dio Grand Media centra,tu ce biti shopping centri :D
A ono zeleno iznad onog crvenog što si obilježio,tu će biti jogging staze,golf tereni i heliodrom ;)

all of that sounds great except for that damn jogging and golf thing. why the hell do we need someone hitting small concrete balls off the top of a building? not to mention when marjin dvor is gonna be basically all glass? :no:

It would be really smart to turn it into a glass facade, maybe like a light blue or different color, I dont think its really good to make all the buildings the same color facade. We have unis in Blue, soon the grand media is gonna be there which is also blue, parliement =blue, the new unis porbably blue...SUCKS..we need colors like black in there too...a black glass facade would be sweet on the new unis...

That would be a cool design black and silver, I dunno if they have silver glass but if they do thats sweet. I think the golf thing is a nice idea but holiday inn is gonna be around a few skyscrapers and I dont think shooting balls around downtown is a good idea. If u want to play some :) golf go to Vrtovi Riverine :)

I am pretty sure its not gonna be created, plus for golf you need A LOT of space, I mean A LOT. That thing on top of the grand media looks way too small for ppl to be playing golf, maybe mini golf or something but no actualy golf. I am sure they will change it or the government wont allow there to be a golf field on top of it. Anyways, a kewl modern awesome cafe and clues would be sweet, it would make people start going and coming out to actual downtown instead of going all the way down to bascasija..

Awesome videos seem to be slightly different versions of the project. But in the last one it looks incredible downtown. Just try to imagine the third Unitic tower across the street.
That is a putting green on top of the building next a running track so there is no danger of golf balls flying around Sarajevo. :hahaha: (like someone brought up)

no sarajevo if anything experiences tiny earth quakes that no one can even feel. bosnia is probably as active in earth quakes as is serbia and croatia. where there is nothing. and if one were to happen nothing would fall. if anything maybe the damaged buildings from the war that are just to the frame but thats all.

The blue marked is where the new avaz skyscraper is at, for those of you who don't know. When I was in Sarajevo last summer I heard someone say that avaz is planning to buy off the rest of this building from oslobodjenje and build something there, and that oslobodjenje is planning to build something else somewhere downtown (Just what I heard not 100% true)

On the left side of avaz across the street there is a destroyed elderly home, its a huge area which could be turned into a awesome business center, if anyone is willing to buy it. I think this part of the city could really modernize itself, only thing it needs now is some smart and rich investors. The Avaz is basically on the entarance to Sarajevo, imagine if there was a small skyline right in the entrance, that would be awesome.

Yea that area has improved by a Million, its way better and cleaner looking. I was thinking the same thing, Oslobodjenje has been there before the war, either they are really broke or cheap and don't want to make anything there. Maybe they want to sell it off and move somewhere else. Well, either way they need to do something ASAP, their part of the building looks like CRAP while Avaz's part looks amazing.

the reason Oslobodjenje is not doing to well is that they are still working under old socialist mentality. they dont want to fire anyone. even though they have staff that is draining them.
