And BTW the entire Ayalon bank compound is going to be a great place when Hillcrast tower and the 2 other towers will be complate...a nice addition to the rest of the Diamond Exchange.

I think one problem with Tel Aviv is that when you look at it in Jaffo, there is a conglomoroate, but in real life, there isnt...

i cant wait for the Ayalon area to be built up...
the problem is, that when you have free space, you go crazy and build something that will take it up..like the way they did to Shalom Meir tower....but in the end you only have 1 giant in front of alot of minis.....

I hope that Ayalon/Azrieli area will be like what the diamond exchange in Ramat Gan is...

Tel Aviv's municipality must renovate the most of this buildings!

The streets in Neve Tzedek are so narrow!!!!I think that they should close them and turn them into pedestrian mall like in Jerusalem.

even tough there are some neglected houses , the most of it is renovated and it makes it such a beautifull neighbourhood. when i walk there it's like going in another city.

yea, i regfard Neve Tzedek as a very high end place to live. The houses there a sub-villas and its very nice to be there. I dont know how it can possibly be that bad :)

many people think the same :) many affluent people live there in the their own sub-villa.

even a neglected ruined house there for renovation now costs 500k..

Neve tzedek is a very expensive area sometimes more expensive than north tel aviv.

yep, its a luxurious place that was 10 years ago the worst place to live in tel aviv.. just shows you.. for the price of 1 house today you could have bought 4-5

Hey fellows, my Tel aviv from 80km shot was from Mt. Shokef on the Carmel Range, the mountain is about ~500m high and is just north west of Daliath-el-Carmel, Tel Aviv looked very-very-very small from that distance..

I think the Best-ever view i had of Tel Aviv from a far-away distance was from Peduel, a settlement in the Shomron, on a clear day, it was absoulutely amazing! (i didn't had my Camera with me unfortunetly...) you could see the Sea far away and all the city and all the coast and all the mountains, those views from the Shomron mountains a definetly something worth fighting for....

omg dude where did u get this information??? say more, when do they plan to tear down bloomfield and start aking those towers??

^^ where? from an interview with the city's chief city planner. its a general plan right now, I dont think they will tear it down until a new one is built.. so guess when thats going to happen.. but the plans for the whole are including
blumfield for the long run include very high towers for residential.

It is going to take alot of time if that will happen.

Once again, im stemming to make a stadium in that huge park just north of Tel Aviv, i think it would be good.

Its not that bad to make a stadium..looking at Netanya...you pretty much swaped and made profits towards the land...so its all good

the "chains" are supporting the bull wich is made out of light materials,
"chains" are actually stiff, the bracelets melted together imposing an illusion of supposed to be loosened chain

i like one of the bahaus houses being transformed into a building..not a big building, but with alot of windows...

i was thinking that, if you put 4 houses like that on one side and 16 in all sides...you can make a 40 storey skraper and use the deface of the house as the entry and call it the Bahaus Tower...
