The London pano is from the top of the London Eye. BTW if for some reason you can only do one think in London do that, you can see almost every landmark from up there.

The first Vancouver one is taken from the HarbourLynx ferry on route to Nanaimo (A small city of about 100,000 on Vancouver Island).
The second one is from the harbour centre tower.
