Third one is my fav.
CANUSA November 3rd, 2005, 04:50 PM Great Panos of Montreal...the city is very photogenic.
I was visiting Montreal this past weekend and went to that HMV and remember walking past Dundee's on Crescent Street on my way to the Museum of Fine Arts.
I've always wanted to go into the Molson Factory...they should open their doors to tours of the facility.
What section of the city is the last pano from?
CANUSA
MTLskyline November 3rd, 2005, 05:22 PM Nothing like panos to nearly capture the full character of a city. Well done!
malek November 3rd, 2005, 06:22 PM What section of the city is the last pano from?
CANUSA
it was taken on top of a 30 or so stories residential building on the corner of Maisonneuve and Guy.
So its a bit on the west side.

During my first years of University(back in 97 and 98) Molson would throw a huge bash at the beginning of the school year.(for all 4 Montreal Universities) The party was held inside their factory(in the Warehouse). Beer was dirt cheap and they packed the place up with close to 10,000 university students(if not more!?). I went those two years, and trust me, they were awesome parties. a bunch of university students looking to party... I clearly remember seeing people dancing on top of crates and even one guy in an aquarium...

This picture is AMAZING! it really shows the density of Montreal, especially of all the buidlings between the Downtown Core and Mont-Royal!!!
malek December 23rd, 2005, 10:03 PM yeah its the best angle to see the density in Montreal and its skyline.
People always believe Montreals skyline is poor because viewed from the southshore... but its not representative.
Here we see the downtown core squeezed between the Royal Mount and the river.
Sorry for the quality, it was taken behind a heavily tinted green glass.
habsfan December 23rd, 2005, 10:13 PM /\ green windows??? What the hell were you doing at Parthenais Prison?
No need to apologize it's an amazing picture.
Another great place to take pictures of the city is from the Olympic Stadium Tower!
malek December 23rd, 2005, 11:20 PM its not a prison, its an office tower.
Bertez December 23rd, 2005, 11:27 PM Amazing pics
