^^ I don't think so. Here is Ankara.
Imo there is only one barrier: The Chamber of Architects

However, according to major's words, I think that, projects are approved.

I wonder what was Chamber of Architects doing while he was building that Estergon Castle? :D

Well good news. But I am not excited much. Another lonely skyscraper project for Ankara. Sögütözü is far better place for scrapers. It is like building skycrapers of Istanbul to Kartal instead of Levent.

Yes, I agree but if this building will be located near of republic tower ( :D ) maybe we can talk about a new developing zone, at that time.

I was in Ankara in October, is any one has any information about " Republic Tower" are they ever going to build it?

They had started building it. We had some images from the foundations. Then some said it was on hold, but I heard nothing from the construction then.

Btw, if they build that 41 Floor Hotel in Keçiören, most probably it will be next highest building of Ankara.

^^Thanks to the Chamber of Architects, with the most probably holding the world record of canceling projects :D , and the ones starting projects with a regular financial program. :bash:
