Malaga is in the middle of the Costa del Sol, the area that has the more important economic development in Spain for the lastest ten years.

A good site to live and to work, with high quality of live and good comunications with Europe by the Malaga international airport. In the latest years many people of Europe goes to Malaga not only to holidays but to work and to business. With an important Technologic Park (http://212.166.67.36/asp/EN/publica/conozca.asp?m=e&len=EN) that is IASP (http://www.iasp.ws/) World Headquarters ( International Association of Science Parks )

The city has a young and dynamic university with over 45,000 students, 20 faculties and centres of higher learning, of which those devoted to information and production technologies are particularly noteworthy, thus ensuring the availability of highly specialised labour.

The Malaga airport offers direct connections to all of Europe, and some cities of other continents (12 million passengers in 2004).

The container port of Algeciras, the biggest of Spain and one of the most important on Mediterranean sea area, is only an hour away.

Malaga and its surroundings offer excellent living conditions, including the beaches of the Costa del Sol, near the nature preserves of the Serranía de Ronda, excellent hotel, sport and leisure infrastructures (60 golf courses and 10 pleasure ports), the ski resort of Sierra Nevada (just 90 minutes away by car) and a large selection of quality real estate for sale or rent.

The quality of life and economic development of the area make it an ideal place for setting up research and development centres and high tech industries.

The network of highways, the twelve International Schools in the area, offering instruction in six different languages, and the city's dynamic university, the construction of the subway (in service in feb-2009) and the spanish high velocity train -AVE- (2007) are another reasons to say that, Malaga is probably the City with most potential in Spain actually.
